Oh yeah. Some of them are easy. Some of them require a bit of thinking. But I have a basic idea for basically every one.
What year did you consider as the cutoff for the Golden Age? Some say it ends at the war, others in the 1950s, and others still say it lasted into the 60s, so I was wondering where the line was drawn.

I say the cutoff is the dawn of limited animation. But that really only went as far as exclusing Hannah-Barbera (outside of Tom and Jerry) and UPA. In reality it's more of a Disney vs. Looney Tunes game with 10 guest characters from outside those two franchises.

I'm guessing some of the outsider characters would be the likes of Popeye, Betty Boop, and Woody Woodpecker?

Tom and Jerry, Felix the Cat, Screwy Squirrel, Woody Woodpecker, Popeye, Mighty Mouse, Betty Boop, Casper the Friendly Ghost, Bendy, and Cuphead.

The rationale being that most non-disney and non-warners studios only had 1 or 2 headliner characters anyway.

Might as well go over the other two sides too

The Disney side has Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Pete, Horace Horsecollar, Clarabelle Cow, Chip and Dale (Utilizing gadgets and vehicles from Rescue Rangers), Mortimer Mouse, Scrooge McDuck (with the Triplets and Webby), The Big Bad Wolf (from the Silly Symphonies shorts), The Phantom Blot, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Snow White, King Mickey, Dawkwing Duck, José Carioca, Panchito Pistoles, Roget Rabbit, and Yen Sid.

The Looney Tunes side has Bug Bunny, Lola Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tina Russo, Porky Pig, Foghorn Leghorn, Elmer Fudd, Yosemite Sam, Taz, Marvin the Martian, Sylvester and Tweety, Wile E. Coyote, the Roadrunner, Gossamer, Bosko, Pepé Le Pew, Super-Rabbit, Duck Dodgers, Speedy Gonzales, Hippity Hopper, The Warner Bros. (and the Warner Sister, Dot!), and Sam Sheepdog.

A few characters I had considered were Bluto, Bimbo the Dog, the Fliescher Studios Superman, Koko the Clown, Pinky and the Brain, Peter Pan, and Tom and Jerry's Spike. But they didn't quite make it for a handful of reasons.

I need to decide on what I want to do over summer soon.

Is it understandable if I should look at this past year as a gap year? Since I didn't really do anything education or job wise?
I already got most of my summer worked out. I just gotta decide on what my priorities are when it comes to items I want to save up for.

Speaking of, does it feel like this year is just blazing by to anyone else? It feels like January was yesterday.

Felt like I could have slept through the first four months and not really miss much.

Probably gonna do some volunteering if I can't get a job that isn't retail or hospitality which always seems to be the only ones in my area.

There was a problem fetching the tweet

Suprised this hasn't been brought up yet, this looks great!
Nice to see King Bob-Omb and Pauline making it in the roster.

man acted his heart out to help make sure the movie worked. Ended up being one of the 2 people to carry both films and somehow didn’t hold a massive grudge against the Sony producers and all that

TASM2 can get all the hate outside of Peter/Gwen and the costume...but TASM gotta keep some sort of respect
Personally, I wasn't exactly a fan of TASM franchise mainly due to its direction and plot and I don't believe that Andrew Garfield is a bad actor.

Apparently AT&T is spinning off WarnerMedia into a new company with Discovery.

Now I'm trying to figure out what Discovery is famous for and if there is anything I would want to watch from what they're famous for.
If anyone is in to robot combat, then maybe Battlebots which I believe is one of the shows within Discovery?

Speaking of robot combat, team Monsoon (one of the teams which competed in Battlebots) posted this with one of Britain's legendary bots:

Over all that's a fairly comprehensive cast for the collective Mouse/Duck/Goofy series, at least for ones known more for animation than comics. Same with the Looney Tunes.

Of course even with a roster of this size you're bound to have some be left out, like you alluded to. Though as far as ones I'd have liked to see that weren't listed, it's mostly film characters for Disney and one-offs for Warners lol. Like Jiminy Cricket, Mr. Toad, or Bambi for the former, or the Dover Boys or Michigan J. Frog for the latter.

Over all a pretty nice list.

I did consider Dan Backslide (forgot to mention him) but cut him for space.

I think they were trying to have their own type of Spider-Man: Reign type story (minus the radioactive sperm thankfully) fused with an origin and a Spidey who quipped a lot more despite also doing it as Peter

Yuri Lowenthal is best web head. Filmmakers need to step it up.

The day Hollywood films produce a spidey better then Yuri, A Batman better then Kevin, or a Joker better then Hamill is the day I eat my hat.

Hey guys, I have a question.

So, after my car was too badly damaged to be repaired, I Have to get a new one. Now I am a bit torn. The new cars I want cost around 15000 dollars at least, and there are used cars as well. I am willing to work for a new car, but I also think a used car would be cheaper, but I don't know if they will be good to use, function wise and all. So help me out here. Should I go for a new or used car?

I know you speaking Hollywood, but my long ass Spidey obsession has to disagree with you on Yuri being the best Spidey (tho he's 2nd best). The real best is always gonna be the homie Josh Keaton, aka...the Spectacular Spider-Man

tho tbh everytime I read something Spidey related, my brain is disturbingly programmed to have their voices playing at the same time

I can’t get into Spectacular. Idk why. It just doesn’t interest me. Though I guess I could give it a second shot. But most of the clips I hear of him as spidey just sound... off. Not wrong just... off.

Although... Lowenthal’s take is an older character then Keaton’s, and you could convince me that a character with Keaton’s Spidey voice could grow up into a character with Yuri’s

😄Wait.... what? It’s funny but I don’t understand!
Time and Time again people have said to me that if this happens or dosent happen they’ll eat their hat and I get stoked as hell because that means they’ll eat a clothing item (what could be better right?) and then low and behold that event happens and there they are with their hat hastily constructed out of twizzlers

absolutely infuriating and I’m not fallin for it again

don’t even get me started on pigs flying
I’ll just say people have deduced the aviaonics associated with such a task years ago

Also, XDive finally got around to adding X3's version of Vile. Always wanted to see a 3D model of that version, let alone more 2D. He looks awesome! Still, while I'm not into gacha stuff, this game does some neat stuff.

You know what would have been cool? You know that ongoing Scooby-Doo Team Up comics? The ones that teamed Mystery Inc up with other Hannah Barbera characters as well as various DC ones? Would have rocked if DC teamed up with IDW to do an issue of the series where Mystery Inc teamed up with the Ghostbusters. Ideally the ones from The Real Ghostbusters, which I think would work better crossing over with the Doo Gang then the film versions.

trust me when I say you’re missing out on the best Marvel animated series, and overall one of their greatest shows in history. It gets so much right in only 26 episodes (and the theme song...the most addicting and satisfying Spidey song of all time). And outside of that show, he also did amazing voice work in MvC3, the first 2 Super Hero Squad games, Shattered Dimensions, and Edge of Time. He’s practically the Web Head equivalent to Batman’s Kevin Conroy or Wolverine’s Steve Blum

I’ll give it a shot. But later. Right now I’m not in the mood to humor Marvel.

something happen between you and Marvel? Something that hopefully doesn’t involve the legendary Ralph Bohner
No idea who that is. I’m just more so tired of the marvel domination that has been going on.... wow for most of my life. Ever since the start of the X-Men films and then after iron man kickstarted the MCU. Marvel has been the big name in superheroes and I’m just kind of tired of them and their influence on superhero culture. Right now I think the only thing that could get me to care about something marvel is if it did a crossover with DC. I don’t even think I’d care about a new MvC even right now.
