Yeah, I always find it funny what awesome, random moves Pokémon can learn. Like when I did a solo-Jigglypuff run and learned that Jigglypuff can learn Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Psychic...all sorts of crazy stuff. And Cubone can learn Flamethrower and Ice Beam too, I found.
But Jigglypuff is a Normal-type. Normal-types tend to have like underwhelming stats and amazing movepools. See Clefable, Lickiliky, etc.

ugh. what kind of fire pokemon learns smog at level 57. embarrassing.
Ugh. What kind of Fire Pokemon is Flareon period?

I'm well aware of this and have been since the RBGY days. I still think the image of a Jigglypuff using Flamethrower is hilarious.

Umbreon used to be able to learn Zap Cannon. Gen 2.

Not really all that useful, but mine had it. I was an idiot back then (even though I had the luck to get it to hit 90% of the time).

zap cannon didn't exist till GSC (rhyhorn could learn thunder though)

who attacks with poison attacks anyway?

pretty sure weezing isn't good anymore (and used fire blast anyway)
