Having a Facebook doesn't automatically discredit someone. Facebook sucks, but it can be a useful tool if you use it for nothing else but keeping in contact with people.

Facebook is only bad because ******* give Facebook users a bad name.

No, Facebook is bad because there's way too much useless junk that makes it obnoxious as all hell.

You have to "Like" everything and last week they erased the large list of my favorite TV shows, movies, music, etc. because they insist that I link them to pages or don't have them at all.

Then there's "poking", there's all of the stupid events you get invited to that you don't have any interest in attending and feel awkward publicly saying that, there's stupid apps like Farmville, and all of the useless status updates in the world.

The solution to that is to not "Friend" people you don't know that well.

Yeah, I'm sorta arguing on both sides because I absolutely loathe Facebook and everything it stands for, but with half of my friends heading off to college next year, it'll be nice to have to keep in contact with them and updated with what's going on.

So when I reactivated my Facebook I kinda deleted everyone that I've barely ever talked to and absolutely refuse to do any of the "extra" crap.

Nothing personal, but I don't Facebook friend people from SmashBoards, as cool as some of the people on here are. Since I just have it as a means of keeping in contact with long-distance friends at this point and I can keep in contact with people on here, it sort of defeats the purpose.

Those kind of rumors are always going around. I'm pretty sure it's just so that people can get hype and crap for those groups that are like "OMG JOIN IF YOU DON'T WANT FACEBOOK TO CHARGE". People get far too much satisfaction out of people joining useless groups.

Facebook honestly gets so much ad revenue that I can't imagine they would EVER need to start charging and chase so many people off of the site.

But yes, if they were to start charging Facebook, people who are on the border like me are going to quit instantaneously.

I think people in general could maintain more friendships if they weren't so self centered.

Hello everyone!
I am DZLE. I just started getting INTO Pokemon this year, but i've always liked playing and stuff.
Currently, the only things I really know much about is anything up to Gold and Silver, because I never played past.
So I hope I can learn a lot and start getting more and more into Pokemon :3c
I want to break through the competitive side of Pokemon, but i'm not really sure. I don't know much anything about the technical side, team building, and stuff such as that. I've just barely started learning about IV's EV training, Breeding and stuff such as that.

So yeah! I hope I can learn a lot here and even meet some cool peopl!

Shoutout to Ultimario for teaching me everything I know past 2nd Gen, and helping me learn to teambuild and strategize a little, and for showing me PO.

Shoutout to Terywj, because we are getting married he showed me to the Pokecenter, and is my LKPBFF (Lovely K-Pop Best Friend Forever).

I should probably clarify this before questions arise, since only a few of you really use this or even know it exists.

PO is a simulator- Pokemon Online, I prefer it over Shoddy because, in a nutshell, it's what Shoddy 2 basically wants to be, and you can convert all of your Shoddy teams to PO teams, so there's really no downsides.

I suggest everyone else to start using this program ASAP. :V

Also Tery I'm being a double Tutor lol I don't really mind.
