So I played Samus in tournament again for the first time in like 4 months-ish.

It felt surprisingly good and I ended up doing way better than I thought I would.
It feels like the less I play this game, the better I get when I play it again. :S

I find it hard to "practice" samus anyway because I hate samus on wifi.
Playing other characters gives me better habits as samus anyway.

Because I can chain 21-hit combos with her if I get one hit in. I usually hit hard with Phoenix first, then switch to X-23.

I wish I didn't suck at those types of fighters. I can't play those games with switching characters and those high numbered combos. Looks fun, though I'd probably be button mashing. Do you guys use a stick for MvC3?

No, I use a standard PS3 Sixaxis. The timing for combo execution in MvC3 is incredibly generous. I sucked at MvC2, but I'm wrecking in 3.

as long as you can press A, B, C, D in order, hold up/forward, B, B, C, D again, and do some OTG move canceled into a Hyper move (this isn't even that hard, it's about as hard as doing a Shinku Hadouken in any Street Fighter game) then you can land a combo that does 1/3 health on a lot of characters.
