Keeping it going.
It should do damage like Luigi's taunt. Since, you know, it'll make everyone else's ears bleed.A scream using the same audio file from Fusion, imagine spamming that taunt.

I gotta higly disagree about this.I had to listen to have even the vaguest idea what it sounded like. Prime 2's music hasn't been memorable to me in the least. To be fair, neither was most of Prime 1's, but at least Phendrana sticks out to me from that game.
Quite good but there are some small mistakesHow is google translate?
Thank you and I will take it in mindWelcome to the force young cadet! Ridley looks upon you and smiles!
Hey, no problem if you like Other M Ridley's design. Different tastes but still the same goal of wanting playable Ridley! Enjoy your stay, know that you are among the clear and logical thinkers who can still tolerate that others might not care for playable Ridley as long as they're not forcing their opinions on others or resorting to personal insults.
...Just one thing however...
It's "Toobigot."
I'm not saying this because you spelled it wrong, but that your particular misspelling makes it look like a parody of a certain other word. A word we most certainly do not want to be accused of using recklessly. =/
Yeah that could work. Though it might be more cumbersome than say, Sonic holding the chaos emerald. I could see one where he's floating still in the air, looking kind of smug. If you could somehow manage to make a dragon look smug.Have we ever discussed about Ridley's victory poses?
I imagine one involving the baby Metroid in its capsule.
Don't even need Google Translate to know this is an anti-Ridley postRidley è ancora troppo grande, benvenuto a Smash Boards però!
Perché qualcuno dovrebbe voler una versione nano di un personaggio che piace? Desperate ...

This is deep......the differrnt colours...and how you lapped em....you killed itThank you Ridley_Prime, glad you liked it! and yeah, like i said before, i draw Ridley WAY too much...but it is because before he did not came out like i wanted....and i tried multiple times, even when i was stressed out....and im really looking foward on be able to sculpt his main forms, i may start with the Brawl one, later Meta Ridley, and lastly the most detailed, Omega Ridley......I even have a proyect to make a comic about Ridley......Yeah....I like him THAT much....oh, and the other reason is that nintendo does not care about Metroid merchandise....the first 4 figures are awesome.....but none of them is Ridley, so I will have to make them myself one day.....

And yeah....I may also paint this into my wall.....this sketch is pretty rough....i hope it comes out better later....
I don't know about THAT one, but Ridley definately needs some sort of screech/shriek/scream/roar as either his down or side taunt. Maybe have him spread his wings way out when he does it.A scream using the same audio file from Fusion, imagine spamming that taunt.
I listen to torvus bog theme when im in the gymWhenever it rains, I listen to the Trovus Bog and the Tallon Overworld version 2 themes.
If its snowing, I listen to Phendrana Drifts and Bryyo Ice themes.
If im relaxing, I listen to EVERYTHING!
Metroid Prime 1-3 soundtracks are amazing. I have them on my iPod too. Have you ever driven down the road to the Flaaghra theme, Metroid Prime Essence theme, or Quadraxis theme? BAD-ASSSSSS! GET OUT OF MY WAY! Everything musically and atmospheric about these games is perfect to me, no matter the gameplay. Ambience is heaven.
...also,Boost GuardianRidley for Sm4sh
Yeah no RealTalk i started Prime 3 a while ago on Veteran/Hard diffculty and it took me like 5 tries to beat Rundas no Hypermode run.The answer to all of this is don't use Hyper Mode (save for when you literally have to, obv). Suddenly even a lowly grunt becomes deadly beyond belief.
With some bosses there's no choice though. Mogenar and Helios both require you to engage Hyper Mode (can't remember if Omega Ridley also did that) while you were in constant Hyper Mode against Dark Samus and AU. Even when the game forces you to go into Hyper Mode the bosses are still completely splattered, they really went overboard with the damage it inflicts, and it's only on Hyper difficulty that the risk=reward concept truly comes into play because of the fewer Energy Tanks. The answer to all of this is don't use Hyper Mode (save for when you literally have to, obv). Oi, I know how it is far as something like that not coming out the way you wanted at first since as an artist you tend to be your own worst critique and all that.Thank you Ridley_Prime, glad you liked it! and yeah, like i said before, i draw Ridley WAY too much...but it is because before he did not came out like i wanted....and i tried multiple times, even when i was stressed out....and im really looking foward on be able to sculpt his main forms, i may start with the Brawl one, later Meta Ridley, and lastly the most detailed, Omega Ridley......I even have a proyect to make a comic about Ridley......Yeah....I like him THAT much....oh, and the other reason is that nintendo does not care about Metroid merchandise....the first 4 figures are awesome.....but none of them is Ridley, so I will have to make them myself one day.....

Corruption was my 2nd favorite of the trilogy (Echoes being my least favorite personally), but with any of them you can't go wrong. I hated Echoes for awhile after first beating it and during the first couple or so years of its release (lack of Ridley didn't help either at the time before we knew about Corruption), but something about going back to it later made me appreciate it a lot more, especially with the Sanctuary Fortress and all.@ Ridley_Prime
Ok, I admit, that's adorable<3
Also, why all this hate for Prime 3? :/ I'd say Prime 3 is the worst in the Trilogy, but it is still a damn good game. ^^ Echoes is my favorite, since it's so long and hard (hehehe). Prime 1 had all the effect, Prime 2 was the long, hard and Epic, and Prime 3 had the best controlls. :3
Boo @ Sanctuary Fortress being your least liked of the trilogy. To each their own though. Even its enemies/inhabitants like the Quad MB's or whatever were more fresh and welcoming to me than like the Grenchlers (or Baby Sheegoths recolored) of Torvus. I'll agree with you on Prime 2 having the ugliest suits only when it comes to the Dark Suit. That thing was... meh. Unlike Prime 1 though at least Echoes TRIED to have different/unique suit designs. I mean as much as I like the Phazon Suit, it (along with the Gravity Suit) were just recolored versions of the Varia Suit.Torvus Bog is okay, if only for the Super Metroid Red Soil remix. But I do agree, it's pretty tedious at times. Sanctuary is probably my least favorite zone in the whole trilogy though, the whole sci-fi element is cool, but it has by far the most annoying enemies in the whole trilogy being those mini-Quadraxis guys. It kind of makes up for it with the Quadraxis battle itself and the cool look of it all though. I do agree that the Dark World is kind of **** though, it looks extremely bland and always puts a big stress factor on you. A minor pet peeve of mine with Prime 2 is also that it has the ugliest suits in all of Metroid, though that is of course subjective. I still think it's a really great game though, but like you I prefer the 2D games.
I generally agree that size isn't necessarily what matters, but not quite with SA-X, it's one of the easiest bosses in Metroid and dies too quickly. Quite anti-climatic after it kicks your *** repeatedly throughout Fusion.
To be fair, the same can be said about underwater parts in the 2D games before getting the Gravity Suit (frustrating, etc. as far as movement's concerned), especially Super Metroid's Maridia.I will say this for the Prime games: the water sections before you get the Gravity Suit are often incredibly nerve-wracking. You are so much less mobile under the water than everything else around you, and that's a good thing for the atmosphere of the game, because anything that lives under there could kill you really easily, which made the Alpha Blogg pretty interesting. That said, while it's good from an immersion perspective, I absolutely despise having my movement restricted. Especially when the game revolves around you being able to avoid enemy attacks, and especially when the Prime games give you way less freedom and speed of movement than the 2D ones. Getting the Gravity Booster at the very end of the area felt kind of like a big middle finger rather than a relief.
I had trouble with Mogenar for awhile on Hyper Mode difficulty too, but if you go in hyper mode while he's doing those ground quakes he can't really hurt you. I typically do it temporarily while in morph ball form as I'm trying to damage the legs or w/e, and then I go back out of hyper mode and proceed to wreck ****.Yeah no RealTalk i started Prime 3 a while ago on Veteran/Hard diffculty and it took me like 5 tries to beat Rundas no Hypermode run.
Gave up the run when i got to Mognear?
Motion controls...
I have finished the game once before but i really wanted to play it again.....
Finished Echoes twice..maybe 3 times
Prime one finished 3 times.
But yeah Rundas on Hard mode no hypermode is pretty tough my hand started hurting from powerbeam spam after i died twice and trying again.....the theme music is heavy though.
Omega Ridley required hyper mode for damage as well once his chest was fully exposed IIRC. Even when being forced to use it though, I still got a challenge out of Omega, Dark Samus, and the AU on hyper mode difficulty, but yeah.
Which is why I mentioned save for when you absolutely have to (Leviathan Guardians and Phaaze mostly). While I agree with your sentiment, you're only addressing the offensive use of Hyper Mode. Defensively, Hyper Mode negates all damage (save for the rare "overload" attacks and obviously Phaaze) at the cost of 1 whole Energy Tank (Which you don't even have to expend. You can literally turn it on, sponge a hit, then turn it off again) with only a minor risk of corruption should you take too long (it really isn't difficult expending a full bar quickly). Going into Hyper Mode during something like Mogenar's Stomp Attack or Omega Ridley's Bombing Runs leaves you virtually unscathed if you time it right.
I think you mean just his toe. Maybe he can put his face up to the screen and we can see a tooth! For victory poses, maybe we can see Ridley's foot and leg.
BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE ORDER THIS TAPE RIGHT NOW AND WE'LL INCLUDE A TAPE OF SAMUS, GANDRAYA, AND MOTHER BRAIN GOING AT IT!!!!We were just fantasying a threesome with Ridley, Bowser and Ganondorf earlier today.
Actually, having Ridley clap like a good sportsman after losing would be hilarious, and most befitting of someone of such keen intelligence.I think instead of clapping Ridley would go berserk and shoot fire everywhere upon losing.
Kinda like Wolf in StarFox Assault. "VICTORY IS MINE!"
Melissa Bergman am cry. She wasn't invited to the orgy.BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE ORDER THIS TAPE RIGHT NOW AND WE'LL INCLUDE A TAPE OF SAMUS, GANDRAYA, AND MOTHER BRAIN GOING AT IT!!!!

Lets not get in technical details.Technically she was.
I had to.Lets not get in tentacle details.
Well, there's always the standard aerial swoop and dive onto the stage. Maybe Ridley can fly up from behind the stage, then crash down back into view. Or glide in from the horizon. So, any ideas for Ridley's entrance in battles? The one mentioned in the OP sounds kinda meh.
HISSSSSS. (retreats to profile page)That's enough posting that here, Dunsparce. Leave some incentive for people to see more.
Any topic discussion pl0x.
The idea in the OP sounds cool, but it doesn't fit Ridley... I think.Well, there's always the standard aerial swoop and dive onto the stage. Maybe Ridley can fly up from behind the stage, then crash down back into view. Or glide in from the horizon.
I do think the eye fade-in idea in the OP is a neat idea, though.
Ridley appear from the sky and descend on the stage, the other playable characters then suffers from PTSD in a cutscene for 5 minutes where you can't do anything but watch while Adam yell at you "USE YOUR PLASMA BEAM".So, any ideas for Ridley's entrance in battles? The one mentioned in the OP sounds kinda meh.
I just imagine him flying into the stage shrieking, and flapping his wings slowly to place himself on the ground. So, any ideas for Ridley's entrance in battles? The one mentioned in the OP sounds kinda meh.
I thought the fade-in is supposed to be a reference to the early Metroid games, in which his eyes appear, followed by the remainder of his body. So it would be fitting on that front. The idea in the OP sounds cool, but it doesn't fit Ridley... I think.
It would be cool if Ridley opened a hole (even in stages without walls) to come out of them. lol
Hmmm....thanks for that...and yeah thats smart never thought of that.Basically what I was saying about Mogenar in my last post in response to Dark Phazon, but yeah. People often overlook the defensive use of hyper mode.
That sounds more appropriate for Samus, actually.Ridley comes out of a Pokéball. Mother Brain: "Go Ridley!"
