They should. Most of the alt outfits we've seen have done really well at the attention to detail.

I just hope he comes with the shriek.

omg i mis read that as shrek.
but yeah it would be a nice call back to have that shriek in. maybe not the exact scream but a scream thats similar to it. perhaps his victory pose could involve it, or maybe a taunt..or even an opening entrance

If Ridley is playable, maybe he can have a color swap based on that Robot version of him. I think it was in Zero Mission. Yeah it looks a little weird. But the silver and green would make for a decent color swap, at least I think so.

The most obvious battle-scarred Ridley would probably feature his wings being damaged and having holes in them (like in Metroid Prime & Other M fight).

However, since it seems that battle scars are so miniscule in this game I doubt it'll be all that noticeable...

The frozen Ridley in Metroid Fusion and Ice Ridley are one in the same. Fusion was just ahead of its time, as the series wasn't ready to handle that level of awesomeness yet, so they later explained the frozen corpse was that of a deceased clone Ridley as a cover-up to keep a lid on things, until Nintendo Land/Metroid Blast finally let the cat out of the bag.

i was bummed out at first, but then i realized he could get the little mac treatment next game. lets just hope we dont feel the same pain for ridley and he ends up being playable this time around

...It's quite literally just Meta Knight on the Pyrosphere. That's it. Not everything somehow traces back to Ridley.

And Meta-Knight's eyes have always been Yellow.

The King Kihunter is not teasing anything nor is it relevant to either Samus or Ridley.

If the trophy theory is correct (which I still don't really buy it, but I'll assume it's correct for sake of argument) the only thing of significance is Ridley's Other M theme playing the background. I don't think the Kihunter trophy points to anything at all.

Except for the part where Little Birdie (Ridley) shrieks to wake him up and is seen drinking honey his blood from the corpse after Samus kills it. They could have shown any boss from Other M (Vorash or that other lava one), but they showed that one with...Ridley's Other M theme playing in the backgroud. I think the trophy theory is still good, and Impa's more likely seeing as she's been in more Zelda games anyways.

it depends IF he is a stage boss, or hazard, they said they were bringing back some brawl and melee stages so if they bring back Brinstar depths from melee, it is Highly likely they will leave him as a hazard, but unlikely with a new model, or turned into a stage boss.

The image was also posted by NoE on the day of Pyrosphere's 1 year anniversary, forgot to mention. While I think it's likely a cruel/unfortunate coincidence, should at least be able to see why others may have taken the purple wings and yellow eyes on Pyrosphere as a tease for that day (yeah, I know MK has always had that, but that's beside the point).
