i loved that and i have to say prime 3 was not as good as 1 and 2
i never got that feeling of beeing alone and all this.... this metroid feeling... i hope they use the wii u with the pad for scaning and radar beam selection ect ... that would be super special awesome
I would prefer that to be optional really. If it's forced then it can burn, it it uses the double anolog sticks then go for it!

Maybe if Ridley gets famous in Smash Bros. as Nintendo's most fecious Reptile/Dinosaur, Bowser might have to get a new day job, and more Metroid games

I dunno. I liked Prime 3 way more than Prime 2. Prime 3's environments legitimately felt different, while as soon as Dark Agon happened in Prime 2 it was just kind of "So when am I going to the dark Torvus? Or the dark sanctuary? Or the dark temple?" and then all of those things actually happened. And it was just kind of... It was weird, but it felt kind of... I dunno.

I like prime 3 more for that godlike intro... yeah that's about it, oh and more Dark Samus being a boss, but the lack of suits did bug me a little.

Why would you want that? Everyone knows that science team has vapor for brains.
Still better than the hivemind for brains that the Zebesian pirates were given. The science team in Prime had some cool/successful experiments at least (including but not limited to Meta-Ridley), despite the casualties had in some of their other ones.

Can Roidley walk on his hind legs?
In the sense that like DK, he could if he really wanted to. Mostly when it's arms are busy swinging at people or when he's roaring.

Otherwise, I think they tried to make him more "realistic" and animal-like for maximum sci-fi effect. That and bigger wings/arms probably cause strain.

They also created multiple subspecies of metroids and crossed dimensions. They're not ALL bad.

Yeah, people generally put too much emphasis on that one failed morph ball experiment for meme purposes.

Well, yeah... I was trying to quote a line from Metroid Prime 2, I actually really like those experiment thingies.
"Training Report, 07.200.08
Science Team believes the Metroids can be trained. After several cycles of trying, I believe Science Team has vapor for brains. I've lost two assistants to the wretched little things."

EDIT: "I was trying ot wuote a ling"? That has to be one of my worst typos yet

SOME (me) of us haven't gotten a chance to finish the Prime series and won't until next month.

I'll be able to get more Ridley evidence for my reasons then...

Bought prime one when I was 9 years old. At the time it was unbelievable! Went back and played the series again; still left me awestruck at how fantastic it is.

Awesome. I have something to definitely look forward to. My birthday's next month and hopefully by then I'll have saved up enough to get the trilogy (used, most likely) off of Amazon/eBay. I've heard Prime Trilogy is good and the controls work well on it. You can't find those around my local game stores.

What's good about the Metroid games is that playing them over and over for some reason never gets tiring. I played the prime games at least 4 times each...

I played Prime 1 and Prime 2 like 4 times each, while i only played prime 3 once cuz honestly it didnt really feel like Metroid Prime to me, it felt so different, and i didnt feel isolated and scared and lost like in the previous games and also it was too easy, and guys be honest, on the gamecube version of prime 2, did any of you really have problems with the boost guardian and the spider guardian, i always thought they were easy and i dont know why everyone complains about them :/

Edit: sorry for repost i keep accidentally doing that

Is it sad that I never played a Metroid Game before?
I saw Prime Trilogy in my game store for 10 Bucks, but I had no money and when I came back with cash it was sold. :\

Just keep trying to make a morphball guyz, it'll work eventually I promise, you won't lose hundreds of test subjects I swear
They actually speedily discontinued research.

Can't lose too many troops, or you won't have any left to throw at the Hunter on her way to Ridley.

I saw Prime Trilogy in my game store for 10 Bucks
This man has been to El Dorado.

Yes, that is actually really sad, but i see you have kirby on hyrda so i see you played kirby air ride, and thats awesome, but yeah you're really missing out on metroid, if you do plan to play them, start with zero mission

I only came to return a game I rented (Mario Sports Mix) and I didn't have the devious plan to do that.
Heart O' Gold is I.

Microplay, actually.
It is sad :(
I highly suggest playing prime or super metroid,Then you'll really get why Ridley is perfect for smash.
I've tried the Brawl Demo of Super Metroid, but watching Ridley dance around with the baby isn't much of an "experience." XD

Not sure why Sakamoto would ask for MGS characters when he's known for ruining Metroid.

Anyway, it's bull****. By that logic, having playable Ganondorf ruins the fact that Zelda is about saving a land from evil.
