AZ sets R to attack to use that. I think.
I keep my controller settings vanilla. Even tap jump. For every character.

i have yet to see a useful SAFE situation to ever use a smash while holdin a banana near an opponent :\ maybe spotdodges perhaps but there are so many better options...

i find that it's been harder for me to use side tilt when i play diddy. It's not very useful as a move except for poking at people offstage when they are trying to recover. idk i love sidetilt but i think nair is more useful sometimes. >_>

Agreed. I think ftilt is diddys worst move. I still use it from time to time but its getting to be matchup specific.

1. 2nd jab
2. dthrow
3. multi jab
4. uthrow
5. ftilt.

F-tilt actually has decent range. It's not that bad. Just a bit situational.

Nair beats airdodges, rolls and spotdodges.
It's also a good setup for combos, better than the dash attack if you ask me.

I know right? I use it more and more as a kill move and a spacer. GT naner--> f-tilt hits the opponent at intervals that make it a lot safer then normal. F-tilt is much better then n-air.

Yeah man, thumbs combo, awright!

F-tilt is just useful everywhere. I go for d-tilt chains where possible, but F-tilt is good to knock em a fair distance (or KO if kept fresh), or combo at low percents. It's just good all round.

I hardly ever use nair. I remember lee putting Z-dropped bananas -> Nair to good use. Mix it up, but it's not very safe.
