I know this has already been stated so I apologize but I've been hearing alot of buzz from E for All that Fox dressing up in Wolf's fur and outfit were fake. Is this true?

No, the supposely "Wolf" outfit is really Dark Fox. People thought it was Wolf because in a video with Dark Fox winning, it was so blurred, it looked like Wolf.

Ok not quite as catchy, but the idea is the same. I have returned! And I must say I was greatful that this thread still received so much attention. A well deserved thanks goes out to all Founders, Memebers, and Random Posters. Nice work to all for destroying any flaming and/or terrible redundant arguments, which happens to be an annoyance of mine. Also good to see you guys not kill those who were not well informed of the dreaded and infamous Fox Alt. Costume video. I actually have that video in my SWF inbox for those that wish to see it. You'll finally understand what it is meant when we say the video is garbage*.

*Note: Garbage: a French term for complete and obvious bull****.

Now, as far as the argument of Star Fox receiving only 2 reps, I understand it, but of course I don't agree in the slightest. I comprehend that the Star Fox gaming series is not anywhere near the same in terms of popularity as such series as Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, etc. However, many series, like Star Fox, like Donkey Kong, like Fire Emblem, like Metriod, need more than 1 or 2 characters as representation. It would be a great injustice to not only the Star Fox series, but many others to see only 1-2 reps for each of the listed series, especially when it is speculated and projected that many series are getting so many additional characters, ie: Mario getting Geno, Bowser, Jr, or both, Zelda, getting Midna or Pokemon getting Pikachu (1), Pokemon Trainer (3, charizard, squirtle, and that other thing) and then maybe Jiggly Puff, and Lucario/MewTwo? No way is that fair to any other of the series like Donkey Kong, which has been around FOREVER or Fire Emblem which is huge in Japan.

I'm just curious, when the E for All video first showed up, how many of you actually believed it was meant to be a Wolf alternate color scheme? I remember everyone saying Fox looked gray in the video, but it looked more like a light brown to me and I had no clue where people were seeing any gray. Needless to say, I was very pleased when the DOJO update proved I was right.

The video was a bunch of BS. It is of such terrible quality that I had to get my eyes checked after viewing it. All you can see is Fox but no actual detail. The colors are so skewed Fox almost looks purple.

It seems that this thread is getting old, but I just wanted to point at that with Snake's Final Smash confirmed, it is possible for Wolf to go off into the distance, prehaps on the Wolfen and use a sniper rifle similar to Snake's grenade launcher. However, before I knew Snake's FS I thought this FS would be perfect, but seems somewhat cloneish.

To shut the hecklers up, I propose a FS that blends both Snake's and Fox's together: Wolfen Blasters. Same thing as Snake's, youre in the distance, but in the Wolfen shooting enemies. It incorpates a vehicle much like Fox, who uses the Landmaster Tank. And for visuals, the Star Wolf Team flies around you cheering you on, but does not attack because that would make the FS too powerful.

Thoughts?

Well, Fox and Wolf both top tier? Assuming Fox remains top tier, I doubt two members from the same video game series are going to be in the same top tier. Also, I'm in favor of a balanced game as much as possible. I think if Wolf's FS was super powerful, it would ruin that balance. From what I've witnessed, it seems all the Final smashes have ups and downs, which is ok with me.

It should be timed.

That seems awfully high. I say 20% damage a shot, for 10 rounds. I think thats pretty fair, but thats me trying to get a well balanced game again.

I like some of the voice acting too. But then again, I'm one of the biggest fans of Assault, nearly more than the 64 game and I get alot of crap for that.

Hahaha i didnt see the old star wolf thread but this ones is well thought into. People who dont want starwolf in are open to their own opinions but to me im saying why not i mean its first part and fox is in. But sorry to go off topic here and i dont wanna catch any flames after this post but ireally dont wanna see megaman in brawl, And some people like to hype things up saying all i want is megaman i mean if you want megaman buy a megaman game but since we dont have starwolf playable put him in brawl.
