so at least 1/2 of the active panel doesn't know about this... that's not very clear imo

First we can hold a meeting on it and discuss this.

Then Roller has to go through a criminal background check and provide fingerprint samples.

Then there's a waiting period.

Then if the criminal background check is clear he has to go through the Pre-Initiation ritual where he must sacrifice one virgin.

Then after receiving the Blessing he must then walk through the Path of Eternal Trials. Should he survive with his mind intact....

THEN he is a panelist.
