Giant evil killing robot as a boss! (AKA Wiley).

Anyways trust me they are gonna make full use of the MM license so expect more than just MM (Not another PC just other MM stuff).

since both Megaman and Sonic are likely to appear why not both Wiley & Eggman, they are really alike and should both be assist trophies, just a thought

agreed it would be so much better that way, but if I saw them as Bosses then would would REALLY get anxious to get a chance to play as them seeing that it probably wouldn't be impossible to control them without somekingd of cheating device...an AR perhaps

Let's go MM2 all the way. Remember the room with 8 capsules, transporting you to fight the bosses, then on to Wily.

And giant green robotic dragon FTW!

Lol, I like that bluebomber responded to your post but changed Eggman to Robotnik. Awesome.
yeah Robotnik was a MUCH better name imo.

I've been hearing AR wont be possible due to the WiiConnect24 updates.....sadly If Wily and robotnik were bosses, we couldnt play with them =(

Hardest Stage from early MM in my opinion - Quickman Stage

Hardest Boss - My memory is a little hazy, but I feel safe saying Gemini.

Wow, I would absolutely go nuts if we had MM in Brawl, just thinking about levels/bosses, I've got that incredibly memorable music in my head.

And I defy someone to beat MM1 without boss weapons (until Wily Stage).

Looking for our princess in another castle.
Dude, Shadow Man was easy! I just spammed Top Spin. Three hits, and he was gone. Although I HATED Quick Man's stage, but it's not much of a stretch to say Heat Man's stage was harder. Hardest boss? Hm...Crash Man. He was insanely powerful, and was extremely fast. The easiest boss is...every Robot Master in Megaman 5. They were way too easy.

My favorite music is a tie between Top Man's, Crash Man's, and Cut Man's themes.

Also, if I had a say in what Megaman's stage should be, I'd definately say the teleporter room where you fight the eight Robot Masters again, but a selected Master from each game would come out of the portals and attack.

Dude...I obviously meant without using the power he's weakened by...Any boss is easy with their weakness...well except for maybe Quickman. You still had to hit him with your own blaster but now he only has half his life.

BTW I think your teleport room idea is sweet!

Quick Man's stage had its difficulties, but I generally wouldn't die in it unless I made a dumb mistake. But Guts Man's stage was made of Satan and vulgar obscenities. As was the final wily stage in that game. So. ****. Cheap. GOD. Those evil *** Robot Masters and a cheap as all Hell Wily to top it off at the end. For how long it took me to find that game, I really, REALLY hate to try to beat it...

Playing game on mobile phone you know XD LMAO!

EXE Mega man for... BIN!!
i bought MM1 & 2 for the cell phone.

MM1 is much better, the levels are shortened but the gameplay and controls are good.

MM2 is horrible, i swear i got a beta version somehow. The controls are wat different from mm1 and are very akward. the music loops after like 15 sec, and all of the animations run at like double the NES speed. it throws my timing off SO MUCH! plus the enemies regenerate twice as fast and even when they're offscreen!

Oh yeah...I forgot about stages being powered up. Remember the ones from MM3? 4 of the 8 Robot Master stages got upgraded and they were hard as ****! Seriously though, there were tons and tons of instant death spikey balls thoughout those levels. To top it all off though you had to fight the 8 Robot Masters from MM2 in those stages (2 in each). If I recall the Robot that fought with the power of those robots was bigger than all of the MM2 bosses were. That meant Quickman and Crashman, who bounced all over the room were now bigger and harder to avoid. ****.

um...actually I have a question. I'm fairly new to this particular thread so lemme ask so I know. Who's garnering more affection from fans to be included in SSBB: Rock or X?

Seems that Classic Mega Man is the one more people would like to see, with X possibly as an alternate costume...I personally agree with this too.

Yeah, me too. I mean X was cool because he was Megaman. Rock started it all though and will always be the true Megaman!

hey, could anybody give me a link to some really good movesets made for him?
btw, ive never been here cuz i never really wanted too: before when i first came to SWF, i thought the idea of Megaman was stupid, but seeing as how ignorant i was that i wanted a RE character in, i started to think Megaman in Brawl would be ballin! also, his X look would be kickass XD

Here is my moveset....again.

A: Punch
AA: Punch Punch
AAA: Punch Punch Buster club.
Tilt F + A: Headbutt
Tilt U + A: Overhead Swipe
Tilt D + A: Sweep Kick
Smash F + A: Shining Punch *Buster arm glows white and smacks opponent*
Smash U + A: Overhead Buster Club
Smash D + A: Buster Shockwave *Megaman shoots a blast at the ground creating an explosion around him

Air Attack: Punch
Foward Air: Front Kick
Backward Air: Back Kick
Up Air: Bicycle Kick
Down Air: Double Foot Kick

Grab: Normal Grab
Grab Attack: Slaps opponent with Buster
Throw Foward: Punt Kick
Throw Backward: Back Toss
Throw Up: Shoots opponent close range
Throw Down: 360 Piledriver (Zangief Tribute)

Dash Attack: Flying Headbutt

Taunt: Fist pumps the air and says "Let's go!"

B: Charged shot: A buster attack. Similar to Samus's. Just charge and shoot. Megaman's shot looks like his MM7 charged shot. Megaman can also shoot normal shots too. However unlike Samus, this attack can change via the Copy Grab which I'll explain later.

B + Up: Mega Upper: Megaman does a Dragon Punch attack with decent damage and gives Mega a boost of air.

B + Down: Slide Kick: Megaman will do a slide attack hitting opponents. This attack can also be done in the air. This gives Megaman a 2nd "You Must Recover" Move.

B + Foward: Copy Grab: Like Kirby, Megaman has the ability to copy powers from his opponents. By using the Copy Grab, Megaman will lunge foward and grab an opponent. Here you can either pummel your opponent with punches. (By pressing A) Or you can scan your opponent for a new power. This attack now becomes Megaman's B move. HOWEVER unlike Kirby, you don't get the opponents exact attack. Instead you get a robot master weapon based on the character themselves. So it makes this move much different from Kirby.

Megaman: Always charged shots or whatever power Megaman has at the time.

Note: To return to the buster, just taunt.

Final Smash: Time Stopper: Megaman freezes time for 10-15 seconds. All opponents stand still even after taking hits from Megaman.

There it is in it's full.
I like how you made it's copy ability different from Kirby's and some ohf those moves do seem interesting, but his down B move seems weak to me

Really, though, imagine running into Top Man in the SE mode. Seriously, just think about it.
Top Man would flippin' awesome 'cause I relive my inexperienced years, ya know, when every boss seemed insanely hard, and beat the crap out of Top Man. But since it's Smash Bros. were talking about, Top Man would probally have insane attacks and then I'd have sudden flashbacks and snap! I can see tops, spinning top Everywhere, Enourmous Spinning TOPS in the way of my attacks! Top Man turns into a Spinning Top and Blends in with chaos. I'm freakin' out and before I know it, GAME !!!

Oh and I think The Blue Bomber's Down B should call Rush. Rush can be Blue's "personal" Assist Trophy.

Old School Mega man FTW!

I am For Megaman ( orginal version) For a Few reasons:

1. A character that counters samus' charge cannon properly ( unlike mew two ) is most needed.

2. Capcom needs a rep.

3. he is a perfect fit. He is a character already geared twards the smash demo graphic.

4. A character that counters Kirbys ability steal whould nice to use as well.

For instance if you Defeat a character by knocking them off you get a mega man version of they're final smash or special move. [example: you defeat pikachu, Then you turn yellow and shoot a shot that whhen it hits it does Thunder on there head or somthing. )

5. Finaly, Megaman debuted on the NES. It was a Nintendo exclusive game for years. They have got to Represent that! they just gotta. :(

That seems cool and all.. but a bit overpowered. Anyway, i'm all for Megaman, so here's hoping he gets the spot he deserves!

Pg 16 for mine. Im thinkin about revising it a little, ill prolly do it later;)

no doubt mega man deserves a spot, and yes it should be the classic version.

If we could get two characters from mm, then I'd go with X and Sigma, or X and Zero, or Mega and Bass, or.....I dont know!!!!!

What good would Dr. Light do in the game? (I'm guessing this is sarcasm, so... yeah)

MegaMan would be an awesome character in Brawl, but how similar would his moves and controls be to Samus'?

This is an off-the-wall idea, but... I'm high, so you're stuck with it.

Dr. Light could be a pokemon trainer, and stand in the background, fighting through some of his inventions.

Dr Light for pokemon trainer clone!!!!!
