One thing I don't get about the starting roster is why do people think that there aren't going to be a lot of hidden characters in the game? I don't think people realize that with every character unlocked, the icons can just get smaller to make room for many more characters. It happened in Melee, so why not in Brawl?

I hate to admit this, but I'm starting to feel like if Krystal is a playable character, she will be an unlockable. Not only because of the recent character drought, but I've been thinking about SSE too.

You see, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong are partners already from what we've seen so far, and they've been together from the start. You'd think that if she was a starter, she'd already be with Fox, but it seems like he's all alone in the beginning, no sign of Krystal yet. The only problem I see with my little theory is Zelda/Link, since they're not together in the beginning either. There must be a reason though. Anyway, I think Krystal is unlockable now.
