Sorry if this is a bit heavy for this thread (I'm posting here so that the most people would see it), but I'm moving out of my parents' house right when I find a job. I gotta get out of this house lol, and I can tell my parents kinda want me out too. So if anyone is interested in getting an apartment (or have an extra room or something), hit me up on skype or AIM or whatever.

I have an interview with chipotle tomorrow, so if I get this/any other job, I'll be looking to move out this month (Dec). So if any of you are looking for someone to split rent with then let me know and we'll work something out. All of you guys know me, and know that I wouldn't be asking if I wasn't serious. I'm seriously cool with moving in with any IL smasher, all of you kick ***, so please don't be afraid to ask.

Thanks guys.

P.S. I know I've been acting like a bum a lot lately (like asking people to cover for my gas/doubles fee/whatever) since I haven't been able to find a job. But if I actually have a job and money, I'm a very responsible spender and will have no problem pulling my own weight. Plus, I promise I'll tone the :troll: down, because I'd rather live in fresh water than SALT water

Living on your own or with a roommate is really tough man, especially with a minimum wage job. I would recommend working while saving up some money, and enduring your parents a little longer before you move out, unless you're certain that your parents will take you back in if you start struggling. There's a lot of costs and expenses that you just take for granted living with family that you're going to have to pay yourself.

Just my two cents. I plan on moving out when I finish college. That way I'll have some good money saved up in case something goes wrong.

Good luck though yo!

Yeah, I've already considered this... I'm just hoping I can get at least one or two roommates to mitigate some of these costs, because that would make it a lot easier.

If I wait a few years, a lot of us may grow apart by then. And I think it would be cool to live with some IL smashers, so I'm seeing if anyone's interested now :p An apartment full of smashers would be too legit.

Cool stuff Ook, keep me updated.

BTW guys, my parents are pretty much going hyper-nazi right now, and I won't be online often in the next week or two. And I probably won't make it to MAS. I'll miss you :((:(:(:(:(:(:(

Sorry to hear about that...
If you're gonna move out though, you might want to get a full time job. That or find 3-4 roommates with part time jobs to cover stuff.
Only speaking from what I've heard and found out. Never experienced it.

I hope none of us grow apart =(

My parents haven't really wanted me in their house since I was like 16, but they've been nice enough to supply me with the bare minimum of a roof and some food. Lately though they've been getting impatient with me for dumb reasons and we get into big fights over little things.

Anyways, if you guys get together a large living situation going I'd definitely be interested. Don't worry, I'm not as annoying when I'm at home and I'm a lot more tolerable and chill when I am resting at home and I consider myself a very decent roommate. When I lived at my friend's house temporarily (big fight at home) I kept the house clean, cleaned the house (my friend is a slob), and cooked people (we had guests often) breakfast and dinner.

Well this isn't possible while I'm jobless obviously, but since we all are looking for jobs maybe by the time I find a job everyone else will too. It would be a nice way to save money too since having 3+ roommates would make renting more affordable and I doubt any of us would have domestic issues amonst ourselves (a few of my friends would be intolerable to live with :p). We'll see what happena in the future, but for now I'll just keep job hunting and hope for the best. Good luck to everyone else too.

DLA, lets talk sometime, if you're still considering finding your own place. I have some options available to me, moreso if there are people I can room with.

Also, I want my shoes back!!!

What about that time you MMed Xyless for 20$ because he insisted? lol.
I was an a**hole to take that money LOL, but I ended up buying a present for Melinda so let's just say Jacob was very generous to her, not me :]. I'll do $5 and stuff if people really want to (and they persist on it), but generally I feel bad taking money from friends. $1 is enough, for me, to enter the mentality that something is on the line.

Whoa whoa whoa, who said you'd be taking anyone's money? If anything, you're being generous to your friends. ;)

Non-Pikachu mains aren't allowed in the Pikachu boards.

And what's wrong with God Kais? Pikachu mains must be salty about losing to them or something...

Mute the TV?
That's like the last resort. The first couple of ideas are punch the Kirby player in the face, or just unplug their controller(remove nunchuck from wiimote in Kappy's case, then proceed to throw as hard as you can, said wiimote in one direction, and the nunchuk in the other.)

And guys, the only way to beat hup cancelling is to pick kirby yourself and hup cancel right back. Everyone should have a pocket hupper.
