They're rethinking of banning metaknight because all of the US MKs got destroyed by neitaro's Olimar. Everyone is now starting to realize me and Tommy were right when we said MK isn't THAT good.

If they do reconsider, I think it will be after a period of time. It'll be interesting to see how things turn out by that time.

The most popular line of reasoning for re-addressing the Meta Knight ban that I saw is as follows:
The Japanese region's input was entirely ignored on the basis of Japan's Meta Knight metagame being inferior to the U.S. Meta Knight metagame. Therefore, there is merit in re-evaluating their suggested standards (e.g. Final Destination, Smashville, and Battlefield as the only legal stages, possibly including Yoshi's Island and Lylat Cruise).

So you're saying the player knowing match-ups with the character they're playing is the deciding factor in winning a match rather than their character carrying them through all of those free victories? K.

against , then I don't understand why you'd be afraid to use against . With or without , is still 's worst MU with being the only other character that beats him.There's no point in using anyone other than your main against a player like Nietono. The CP system doesn't affect him any more than it would any top
main. I was discussing this with C.J. a few months ago.

couple examples in this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wMRtjTW4sc you also want him above you you can upair **** him, but just to let you know me and nick thought you should have stayed pika all games. you probably would have adapted. its a tough mu yes but any mu is do able. We both felt like your best chance was pika and play a really defensive game. Pikachu still has untapped potential. you should progress it. Im trying to with my falco(my original main before IC). IC will not dominate the scene with or without MK. Look at Kakera he dropped them and 9B is trying to learn Lucario still. They're support characters to cover really bad MU. Get that pikachu up to par with japanese players. Because believe it or not the japanese didnt even bring there best players from japan. Its insane. these guys are honestly better than us with there characters because they dont rely on Laming people out or stages BS to win. They take the time to learn there character. That's why i have respect for you and nick riddle yall trying to learn your characters to the fullest extent. More you understand pika. The easier the fight will be. I bet if you work on your pika more the next time you play that olimar with your pika you'll win. Ill put money n it if you actually do it instead of going straight to the CP. thats why alot of people are not good. They rely way too much on it.

Kakera picked up because he was preparing for APEX 2012, not because his is inadequate. 9B just does whatever he wants because he's 9B (his is relatively mediocre IMO).
What I'd like to see is tournaments using the Japanese stagelist (I don't mean legal).

kakera played mk before he thought about apex. I cant find the interview but he says he switched because he felt like mk fit his play style the best basically. and 9B plays characters in attempt to push the "limits" they haveKakera picked up
