They're having site issues probly because of the flood of people reloading it, and I'm guessing it's just not quite ready yet

Wait until tomorrow,because it will be only avaiable at 23:59,and you'll probably not be able to download it at that time because the site will crash due to all the people that'll try to download at the same time.

It's not done yet, they're all working hard to get it to us as soon as possible.
The site is already down, but I don't know where you're getting that time, all they said on facebook was that they'd let us know when it's ready, they gave no specific time.
