Mike how are you teaching yourself Peach? Same as with Falcon?

I basically just read stuff on the Peach boards, watch a lot of videos, and practice myself. I think it's pretty basic, and yeah, it's the same thing I did with Falcon.

I've been messing around with Peach for a long time though, so I already know a lot.

peach is going to mid platform height (u know because its all shes been doing; good players mix it up) >> sheik (the faster character) moves in >> sheik tilts or baits the f-air and punishes the d-smash or however the peach decides to respond.

I just feel like mid-platform height is too high for a sheik not to be able to punish. couldnt u also WL onto another platform and needle to stop peach from doing that? needle all dai

I'm aight with Peach. I def have alot of Peach playing exp. I've been working on her lately. I'm gonna be getting help from MikeG he just doesn't know it yet. lol

PP. Travis, Ali, Bosshog and I are gonna try to pick you up or something when we get together. Usually it's twice a week. You need to practice on someone. We just need training and need some of that good ol' PP motivation. We have had really serious discussions about our training regimen. I'm not sure how serious Travis is but I know that the rest of us are. We want to make this a great Smash state; comparable to NYC and Cali. I know it can be done and I have the motivation, time, people, and know how. I know that I have my loyalty to NYC and Deadly Alliance but you guys make me feel like part of your family. Let me give something back. The ferocity and hype of New York for one. PP you're the pioneer right now. Help this community grow beyond what you thought it could be. I know that I'm training to be a threat. To shake up the NC PR'ings. It's going to happen. Ali is almost there. He just needs that push. Karn too. He's really good and just needs to work on theory and adaptability. Alot of us can get there, only we need someone to show us the way. I've lit the candle.

I do plan on driving up to see you guys at least once though.

As for the rest of you, I could give my thoughts on every player in this state, but it boils down to motivation. I know enough of you are motivated and improving, and I wanted to use that drive as well as possible. That's why I have the HLS group(which will become a MUCH better resource over the break), and that's why we have so many tournaments hopefully.

Also it'd really help if we had some rivalries/hyped up matches going on here, but no one seems willing to get into matches anymore. If we could find some good commentators that would build up hype then maybe we could get some good stuff going on some finals/big MMs.

If there's enough trash talk/desire to beat the other guy then it can still be hyped. It doesn't have to be incredible players all of the time(but that does help occasionally).

I'd MM with my non-Falco characters.

Aka my Falcon/Marth/Fox/Ganon(dittos)/Mario/Pikachu/maybe Roy

Let's put it this way. I'll be willing to put in gas money just to get you. We are so serious about this state improving and seeing NC in the top 3 at majors and well as smaller venues. I think I might be the most passionate about it right now when it comes to our little crew we got going on at Travis's but I want to be proven wrong. I want to see that same passion in you CATFISH ! I really mean it.
