I won two melee sets at TP and got ninth. I won two brawl sets and got seventeenth. I did better than allen at melee and allen did better than me in brawl.

So I was talking to Kami today (I have choir with him this term :3) and he said that friday smashfest is super convenient for him since he's going down there for the weekend anyways, so expect him to be there. He's been working weekends for a while which is why we haven't seen him much. He says he's gotten better too. I'mma see if I could maybe figure something out and get a ride down there and back up.

Jeff if you are going to stay the weekend, I know the brawl and melee smashers would be willing to house you. I would be willing to house you as long as I don't have too much homework and you don't mind walking to the opposite end of campus after the smashfest is over.

That would be cool. We'll have to see if I can get a ride down there first. I'll talk to Brandon tomorrow and see if he could take me. Otherwise people can still leave offers here just in case. I can pay 5-10 bucks for the ride down there.

Well there goes my trip to canada. People will rather stay close than go to the tournament up there. Not that it really matters. There are only two people in oregon with passports anyway.

Truth. Though it turns out I'll be leaving a little later on Friday night so while I can give you a ride it will be sort of late, like 7:30-8ish probably. The problem is I couldn't drive you back until sunday morning as I'm going to be there fri-sat-sun.
False. I got a lot better. I practiced with my friends and we have all ascended.
Truth. They are all super cool. I also could give you a ride but the problem is the same as above... I cannot give rides back unless its sunday, and I also will be spending most of my weekend with my GF anyway :\

I did and his reply mentioned nothing of tech skill. Unless by "all ascended" he meant all him and all his friends got better at tech skill. Which is a really weird thing to mention
