I'm in the part where
I defeated Mecha Ridley (which btw, was freakin difficult) and managed to get a PED suit right afterwards

I didn't find that part really that hard. I haven't played in a while, as I just got an imported copy of Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, and I'm playing that. I'm going back to MP3 when I get bored with FE10.

I just beat Super Metroid for the first time yesterday and there was only boss that gave me trouble and that was the big man..err dragon himself, Ridley. So if Ridley can kick so much *** in this then there is no choice but for Sakurai to bring him into Brawl. Go Ridley!!

I was disappointed to see no Ridley or even Metroid themed period update last night. It was so perfect...

No, Shuma, it was 5:30 when I posted. I have to leave for school around quarter till.

Also, Ridley for Brawl sometime tomorrow or maybe tonight or whene- Ridley for Brawl!

They are gonna reveal Mother brain she acts like PT but instead of Pokemans she send out *da da da daa da da da daaaaa* Ridley and Kraid (And Crocmire!).

ZOMG would you rather that or Ridley? (Ridley obviously... but its a way to pick out the unfaithful).

Honestly, I don't care when Ridley is revealed; As long as he IS revealed. I'm getting a little scared that he'll be a boss.

Wait, a thought just occured to me; Sakurai seems to be drawing all of the chars, AT and boss,(ex. Andross, Petey Pirahna) so does anyone know if there were any other characters from Metroid on the poll?

I see the Hunters as more of an AT / Combined stage hazard than anything.

(Wow it would be so cool if in the background there was a match between all the hunters (Apart from Samus course) going on now THAT would be a background.

(Preferably a ruin / ice level)

@BrawlMatt, I'd probably take a subtle approach and snap his neck on the Ridley hater. Problem solved.

In regards to the poster who only noticed Weavel on the poll, the other two Hunters on it were Sylux and Noxus.

Also to the poster who thought there was a Hunter named Vhozon. You were probably thinking of Noxus who is from a species known as Vhozon.

And finally...Ridley for Brawl and Galactic Overlord!

I hope he doesn't, Characters like Ridley are best left as a surprise when you play the game. Let Sakurai update with Dark Samus.

yea I am interested to know if he will fly of not, would itbe like Pit's upB? we don't know yet, those are some topics we would be able to talk about if Sakurai gave us a confirmatione on Ridley

I kind of fear the day Ridley gets confirmed. All of the other threads of confirmed characters have been ***** and left to die. Strap your helmets, load your weapons, and prepare for battle men. I'm actually against Ridley's inclusion as a playable character. He has always been an overwhelming enemy of increadible coolness, and if they made him a character he would certainly end up being a dumbened down version of his self in Metroid games. Smaller size, not all his weapons, possible slowness/low tierness etc.

Inclusion as an environmental or as a boss would be the best to me, simply because Ridley will still make his appearance, while still maintaining his reputation.

Nothing would sadden me more than watching a noob beat another noob playing as Ridley... It's just... It's just a sin.

I'd like to see some hunters from Prime Hunters, or possibly Dark Samus.
