But in all seriousness, one of the absolute most helpful hotkeys I have ever come across is Ctrl+Shift+T. Saved me so much anger and irritation so many times.

I have some fancy add-on that puts my downloads on a bar on the bottom of my browser. Way better that way. And yes, Ctrl+Shift+Esc is incredible, especially when my programs don't like to close normally (looking at you, Skype).

I also love Windows shortcuts, Win+D is great, and Win+X is great, too, since I'm always switching my battery between high performance and power saver. Win+E is nice, too, since I like to manage files!

And in the end, Windows is better than Macintosh because Macs don't have nearly as many cool and useful shortcuts.
