The video in the OP has hacks/codes and the like activated, so you wouldn't be able to do what is shown there in a normal game.

It was awesome, thats what it was. Ike+Wavedash=Hilarity. I don't think I would be able to take him seriously anymore if I played with the Melee Airdodge hack on.
