I don't know if I will be at pound. I'm gonna be in MD for MLG and I was thinking about either genesis 2 or pound. But if I'm gonna be at mlg dc anyways then I'd rather go to genesis 2

Goooooooood call. Genesis was the most fun I have EVER had at a tournament, by a huge margin. I can't imagine Genesis 2 being worse. Plus all of the pacific northwest kids will be there, and erryone knows we're the best region. So yeah, Genesis > all.

man i havent been here in awhile but as i currently stand snake is the most overrated, f-tilt and b button spammiest, god awful character in the game and none of them do anything innovative. I have snake all figured out. we can nair his mortars, we can run and double PS his f-tilt (which IMO is not hard at all). IMO if we pick battlefield the MU is instantly 60:35 luigi IMO all we have to look out for is grenades which by battlefields sunlight are so easy to spot the only thing he has on us at battlefied is his D-Smash and uptilts range is about (Luigi<-----Snake) so run up and shield at about that distance and if he tilt as u slide away cyclone back at him. And even further if he manages to pull a grenade as the cyclone hits him during that time we will both be lauched into the air which is our turf. SNAKE IS NOT THAT SPECIAL HE JUST AN OVERRATED CAMPER AND CAMPING IS OVERRATED just sayin.

I mean, Snake has a pretty poor platform game (especially compared to Weegee) and when you combine that with good stage lighting (BF) his mines are very easy to see. Plus with Weegee's traction you can take control of the stage soo easily and Snake can't do ****.

right and most peolpe need to realise we can do anything out off walking (NO NOT DASHING) so sometimes take about four walking steps stop and notice the slide and while your sliding jab you'll keep sliding forward into your own grab range seeing if you space a jab right it sends you at a 90 degree angle.
also notice if we walk away and WALK being the keyword and charge a fsmash you'll keep sliding the other way.

Snakes camping game beats luigi. The matchup isn't bad at all(slight advantage snake) but the way snake can safely set up a wall in front of him prevents luigi from winning.

but on battle field cant we just go above him biglou and jump and nair his mortarand the reason i say jump is because he will try and uptilt

You can but that doesn't mean luigi beats snake lol. Luigi cannot get through campy snakes

campy snakes are hard but i wouldn't say for a minute that you can't get through them. fireballs **** him up among other things.

Luigi vs Snake is a fun matchup (sides from nades) if one of those few matchups where using upthrow is sorta encourages to get him in the air.

pretty simple to get through a campy snake since grenade dont make you flinch just walk through.
and after awhile they will try to f-tilt after you've walk through enough times. and if they got a C4 on the ground and smart snake will explode it and they think we will shield it which pushes us back to stage one but if we learn how to do this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FL4DFxJLO5M really watch it can change luigi drastically) we can slide back the C4 will go boom we continue to walk forward and beat the mess outta snake.
