Well mate, as awesome as that would be, Deoxys and Lucario are to very similar PKMN so if either were to get in, it would have to be one or the other!
Plus, Lucario has a better chance to get in because he would probably used for promoting "Lucario and the Mystery of Mew." (The most uber-emo, most trippy PKMN movie to date "I love you Pikachu!" lol)
Anywho, your moveset is awesome. You said something about Lubius or something. He kinda reminded me of a ninja, just the way he moved around.

What the heck are you on about? Deoxys and Lucario aren't even of the same type and aren't similar in appearance at all. I don't see any problem with having both in.

Pokemon is more popular than Zelda. It rates a villian slot far more than Starfox or Metroid do.

This is extremely impressive of a thread. I've been playing Diamond and Pearl and I think lucario is awesome. lately i've never thought about what new pokemon should be in brawl but this has definitely sparked my supprt for lucario. good job 
edit/ don't you think having an attack that instantly shatters shields is kinda broken? becuase then he could use any other attack when the opponent is dazed.... (there might be something you said abou this that i didn't read in the BIG post lol)

Sure it's broken... if you shield the attack.
If you don't, you don't even get your attack interrupted, and you take, like, 1%.
In Game, it ONLY works if the opponent uses a "you can't hurt me" move, which in Brawl would be Shielding and dodging.

I actually like the shield breaker. At first I thought Feint was a useless move in D/P, seeing as alot of the trainers I'd face wouldn't use Protect or Detect. But in this context it works quite well.

Since there seems to be a Joka who doesnt know how to use the index, I'm bumping this thread.
Fine, I'll just post it here so you guys can criticize on it.
I'm guessing Lucario will be a neat addition to Brawl (alongside Blaziken) because of these reasons:
1. He's a pretty agile character, suited for battle
2. A lot of people (namely Pokemon fans) are familiar with him.
3. He's a pretty fast Fighting-type Pokemon and a very anticipated member of the SSB array.
