Wow... summer break yeah right. Sorry I've been horribly inactive, working for my aunt when she is moving has been really time consuming and tiring. Hopefully now that the move is over, I will have some more time for this and bats. At the very least, I can nigh guarantee Ill have weekend time... At any rate, Im awake enough to do this tonight, so here goes...

Also, I think this would be a good exercise to run through:

Who do you all think that I should track tonight and why? It would be cool for everyone to think about that and give me some responses.

I don't think we should be doing this one. By all of us telling you who to go after, it tells the mafia who NOT to go after, and thus stops your role from being useful. I'd say you are doing a good enough job without our input. Or am I misunderstanding your role?

Who are you suspicious of?

I'd say due to the track, Rockin for the most part, but his claim does seem to make sense for the most part. Though why did you block FF last night? That's my only problem...

I have one or two more, but I'd prefer to keep them to myself, as getting them out in the open makes the players more careful IMO...

KK. Can't really say why.
jungle. Its possible he may just be going with a role restriction, as the attack on Tom and everyone else's playstyles is a bit out of character for him, and too attention drawing for a mafia.

And thats all I have to say about that.

So anyways, Rockin seems to be a roleblocker, but the role could really go either way. I want to know why you went after FF, not just EE. Was it random? Was there a method to the madness? Or were you just following the alphabet? Answer please.

If he is going by alphabetic order I would be roleblocked. I believe Rockin might be a roleblocker. But why FF? Unless you are wondering why he is still alive.

Yaya, what Tom's saying is that if Rockin is a hooker/town roleblocker, it would more likely be based around an EM style choose who you block than an irc automatic random block.

If Rockin was mafia roleblocker, it wouldn't make sense for him to block the mafia's target for the night.
Unless I'm mistaken, the role blocker would be allowed to help decide who to kill, and no one else has claimed role blocked, therefore I'm totally ok with Rockin being pro-town roleblocker. It makes sense.

Or, Rockin could be just a mafia goon and has swapped claims with the mafia roleblocker because he can form a story that checks out by swapping claims with his mate. Another possibility, after looking at Frozenflame's role and how it was different based on PR targets, is that the mafia roleblocker only makes people **** in their pants if they have a power, and so EE jizzed because of his possible power N1 but the N2 target didn't. So then last night's roleblock target wouldn't be claiming anything, and Rockin could say he roleblocked Frozenflame.

There are a lot of options, and I'm hoping to hear more from more people! =/ If you don't speak up, I'll call you out.

I honestly don't know whether or not Rockin is telling the truth. His story checks out, but it's fairly unlikely and unlucky that he would roleblock the dead guy and get tracked to said dead guy instead of any of the scum. I think we should consider the fact that losing a town roleblocker hurts us way less than losing a scum hurts scum. I don't think townie roleblocker is that powerful of a role, since the likely targets will be townies themselves.

I'm a bit suspicious of Karthikking, since his posts leave little to dissect. It's a very scummy way to play, although he turns up town every time he's been lynched thus far, so I understand it's just his style. Still, if he were to be mafia, it would be nigh impossible for me to pick up any scumtells, since he doesn't make any tells.

Pythag is still suspicious to me for his "I'll show you unhelpful" post.

In other games, do replacements tend to flip a certain way? I'd imagine that, since being mafia is probably harder than being town, mafia would tend to ask to be replaced, but this is only my third game, so I don't know if actual data supports that hypothesis.

This is my epicly late bah humbug post. I haven't the best week, my dog just died on top of a few other things. =/ It's probably a good thing I died so my inactivity wouldn't plague the game.

Wasn't the biggest fan of my role anyway. Was an interesting idea I suppose but I despise "sub-win" roles anyway. I just played like a vanilla townie.

Sorry, wasn't planning on dodging the question (I was actually waiting for others to comment before I could).

Numbers, a roleblocker is more useful then you may think. They can negate an action from a Mafia or a power role. How useful it is will all depend upon the player using it. Losing a power role in general will hurt town all the same, especially if it's something like a doc, cop, or roleblocker. Yes, it is possible to hurt a pr townie, but all the same, it is useful. as for KK, yeah, it's true that it's hard to pick up on scum tells in terms of KK, buit at the same time, he might be suspicious. You never know. I always treat KK as any other member when playing Mafia. Also, of course they may act differently, but we'll never know if it's by restriction or by alliance...and because of how random this game is, chancing that is sensitive business.

Tom - I don't know at the moment to really lynch. It's still the near beginning of Day 3 and I don't see anyone worthy of lynching unless you want to count the inactives (KK, Yaya, and Numbers). All three have been rarely commenting and probably would've still stayed quiet had I not mention them out (except Numbers, who has decided to post on his own). I don't think it's enough of a warrent to lynch them, but it should be noted. Maybe you can track one of them, Tom.

I told you, I roleblocked EE on N1 and Frozen Flame on N2. I'm not sure how else to prove to you my innocence. You asked everyone if they fell pray to the same effect as Evil Eye did. Nearly all responded to not being affected by it. I've co-oped with you telling you both my role and my claim.
