I love Shantae, and probably more than a lot would give me credit for, but I don't see it happening.

I'd say wait for potentially Smash 5, and we'll have a chance since Shantae will have had 4 games by that time. She's hardly recognized as it is.

But add me to the supporters too, just for a bit of positivity on the subject. There isn't anyone else I'd rather Smash as than her.

Those are my two favorite animations from the games, but that doesn't mean I didn't put them together so it would look like that.

After, beating Shantae mode, then you'll either play as Risky Boots, Rotty Tops, Sky and/or Bolo story modes on their own story modes in Shantae: Half-Genie Hero!^_^

I got it at launch and I love it to death. Feels a big boost compared to the first two games (and longer than both too).

Just a head up on a game breaking bug (that WayFoward already has sent a patch to Nintendo to fix it and awaiting release): On Spiderweb Island, if you still have the Travel Brochure key item, DO NOT interact with the island's dungeon entrance. Doing so can make you lose the brochure (which is important to continue progress through the story) and have you stuck completely. Don't save if you done it already so you can undo it.

Avoid that and you should be fine.

Well I think it's about time I voiced an opinion.
Personally, after sitting down and playing the GBC game, I've warmed up to the idea of Shantae being in. As there's a lot one could do with her (just the idea of a magical dancing genie who uses her hair like Simon's whip could easily make a moveset).

We are huge fans of Smash Bros. and would love to have our characters join the roster of fighters in the new game. Nintendo owns the rights to the Smash Bros. franchise and they make the decisions regarding what characters they choose to include. If you would like to have Shantae and friends in a future iteration of Smash Bros. you should reach out to them
But, since you've already reached out to Nintendo, we are also excited by the current roster in Super Smash Bros. At this time there are majority plans for Shantae and her friends to be included in DLC but if that were to come in time and hopefully we would let everyone know for you helping extremely hard representing our Shantae and her friends requested in SMASH Bros. franchise.

That's good but could you ask them if possible that they could come in contact with Nintendo and maybe do like what Ubisoft did with Rayman and make a Professional Character model for Nintendo to go off on.
