in west japan to fix problems that came with the lege grab rule and stopping planking they implemented a ground time rule,where if it goes to time the player with the lowest ground time loses

I never even contemplated that. In a way that allows characters like ICs to time out Wario's and MK's now since they jump around in the air all gay like and what not lol (I just hate Wario and MK is god tier, self explanatory lol). Iunno about that tho, like I think that just restricts air games. Air games should be legit put ledge grabbing extensively shouldn't. Maybe if it was the combined air time and ground time (and whomever had the higher one when the timer runs out) wins since if ur on the edge I don't think it counts air time or ground time, but then again, screw it, ledge grab rule ftw.

Well i didnt expect to get kicked off until the end of the summer, but it was inevitable anyway

*shrug*

i guess it just bothers me a little that i miss a few tournies and get kicked off, but percon for example took a year of missed tournies to finally get kicked off.

but whatever, i dont really care, since like i said it was inevitable

Cruxis I haven't seen you at a tourney since No Waahs 2. And if Phil hadn't shown to the latest tourney, he would've been off the PR too. Thats FOUR tourneys you've missed bro, with no sign of further attendance. You can hardly blame us removing you.

As for Percon? IIRC that was due to two things; 1) The lack of proper on time updates, 2) Percon was and still is a legend in the ontario smash community given he used to be considered the #1 on the PR and until fairly recently was like the only Canadian in the SBR for brawl. Hence they were not eager to remove him from the list. However, he repeatedly saw drops in the list, as you would have too if the list was consistently updated.

While they haven't necessarily expressed a keen interest in pursuing competitive smash, they HAVE attended multiple events, Ryan attended both Pownz and BUSB3, and Fool attended BUSB1 and Pownz. Which leads us to believe that regardless of their interest within the scene, they still seem to attend tourneys on the regular which requires us to consider them apart of the community and to rank them according to help TOs in seeding and to help represent achievements within the community should new players and up and comers beat the players mentioned.

That said. Pho was left off the list due to the fact that the panelists believed, like Mikey, he was dropping Brawl for SF4/SSF4. I was informed afterwards by Phuong that while he was interested in SF4/SSF4, he still wanted to attend brawl events and be recognized for his skill therein, therefore for all intents and purposes for future events Pho should be considered amongst the U&C for seeding.

Tinman why did u go to dimmys if you were just gonna pull out. 6th best rob too scrared to enter a tourney and get beasted. I think he should be taken off the pr and never have a chance to get back again. 68%
