I have found a guide how to do it, but it makes no sense to me. (Plus it is in dutch, but I can translate it for you)

It took a bit to get used to but it's pretty easy to be consistent with once you get it down

It's like PSing projectiles, except you can punch the projectile in the face once performed. Too good.
