When I applied it was much harder than it is now. I had to write a 2 page essay.

If I were you I would PM Crimson King and ask him when the next set of temporary debators are going to be started. At the same time, apply to be a Temporary Debater (this is under user cp->groups). If you get lucky and become a temporary debater then you have 1-2 weeks to show us why you deserve to be a full debate hall member (do this via smart, intelligent, thought provoking, interesting, and of course debate-like/refutations).

Meh. The DH is pretty dead. I havent been there in while myself.

I totally would, but it doesn't seem worth the effort; writing an essay for 1-2 weeks of acess to a semi-dead forum with a low chance of becoming a real debater seems like too much work for a small payoff. Meh, I might try later if I feel like it.

"Wakes up* Mmmph...I missed the tourney? I must have slept through all of Saturday and just woken now, lol. Nah, that's not what happened. I have a legit excuse. I was just going out the door when my mom stopped me, here's the exact conversation we had.

Deathanchor: I'm leaving now, I'm going to take the car for the afternoon.

Deathanchor: I told you a million times, Geneva
Mom: And why are you going there?
Deathanchor: Uh....I'm in a tournament.
Mom: Oh a tennis tournament?
Deathanchor: No, Um video game tourney
Mom: What!?! It's not that Nintendo thing is it?
Deathanchor: Smash bros. Yup....ok bye!
Mom: Your not going anywhere, get back in the house. You spend enough time on that game as it is.

So, I'd basically just have to PM him, become a Temp Debater, and prove I'm capable of intelligent discussion in 1-2 weeks? I could easily prove that, but you have to make a topic, and I can't think of anything to make a topic ON.

Although I'll admit, at least probably I don't have enough footage for my DK, Me14k and Kit have some fine stuff up from the Cave tournies. If I tell you which specific vids, would you Filefront them?
