didn't have .brstm at the end. My computer(mac) says that those two are .txt and the other songs are .brstm. Can I just change the extension on those two songs to .brstm?

It's not hard. In fact, the only hard bit is increasing the volume to a satisfactory level.

Thanks for the help. Hopefully the songs will work now. Including the yoshi island one. That one for whatever reason didn't work. I have yet to test it on the defragged SD.

EDIT: It turns out that I had mislabeled the yoshi island song. I made it for halberd rather than yoshi island. I still however have not tested the songs that go static.

you could try formatting your sd card but backup all you stuff though because formatting your sd card deletes everything
