lol PS3 social

I'd only consider getting one because of the Tales games. Namco always catering to Sony with those extra features/events in the PS3 version of Vesperia :c

Uncle Peach, read us a story from times of old?!
Times of old? Man, back in my day, we could not get away with alot of ****. You damm kids are spoiled as ****.

You damm kids have it so easy brawl I swear. Lots of things are giving to you.

Back in my day, we did not have auto sweet spot. Nor could we grab the edge backwards. We had to work for that edge. You had to time your recovery well and carefully. Or you could get edge guard to know oh. Oh man, you think Meta knight is a pain to get back on stage against? melee in gereal is a pain to come back on stage. Marth and Sheik would have a field day with you kids.

Back in my day, we did not have mutiple air dodges. we had to be careful when coming back. Had to move around and syke your opponent out to find an open spot to move too. cause once you use your air dodge, thats it, you are a sitting duck. Helpless till them toes touch the floor. And if you are forced or mindgames to airdode too high, you are finished

Back in my day, we had no glide tossin. We could not easy approach. We really had to think hard and fast on how to approach. And power shield was much harder.

Back in my day, we did not have weak hit stun. If we wanted to do quick attacks out of the shield that was not air attacks, you had to wave dash out of the shield for it. And had to time the wave dash depending on the **** stun of the attack. Lots of attacks have lots of hit stun to a point you won't be able to wave dash oyut of shield cause there is a skilled called L-canceling. Which makes you attack right after the attack, giving the enemy OMG protection. And you stick in your sheild not being able to move.

Back in my day, you made one mistake while camping and playing gay, thats your whole stock You don't get a second chance. All these metas and snakeas and falcos camping and playing gay, planking, etc. You guys screw up and get mutipile continues. In melee, you screw up once? Nah man, you are losing that stock and don't get to try again. Playing gay and w/e was actually a legit skill cause of this. Brawl? No way. Nothing compared to how use old timers had it.

So yes, you are all spoiled and don't know how it was like. Don't know what hard work really was. So much toned down for you and so much gay stuff brought to you all that you can get away with with not much fear. Uncle Peach knows man.

Damm spoiled brats. Screw you damm kids. Oh and don't tell aunt Peach I yelled at the kids again and told them one of my stories of hard work and slavery. Don't wanna hear her mouth.

Happy birthdays are lolsilly. The damage multiplier I think is way too high. I watched clockwork vs noel brown and clocks biggest single mistake was getting happy birithday'd with strider/ammy. twice. Why should a single mistake be so costly? Its dumb. Yea, I understand he made mistakes in the 1st place, but 150% (iirc) on assists is really dumb imo.

I STILL hate xfactor.

Unblockables are silly, though I can say I don't mind them that much lol.

I abhor how many non-xfactor touch of death combos there are, and off what moves yu can start them with. You can tod off hard tags, wtf?

I hate the easy *** loops/infinites in the game that do a **** ton of damage or build lots of meter. I'm okay with loops doing hugh damage or build lots of meter, but only if its hard to do. I believe high execution should yield high reward.

I hate the increased emphasis on zoning and defense. The vs series has always been about agression and rushdown. Now I understand there are zone/defense/camp characters, but the overal game was still relatively agressive/rushdown. Mvc3 is not heavy on that anymore.

I also don't like nor ejoy its command shortcuts or ease of execution in a general sense.

Overall design choices and methodolgy in umvc3 irrtate me. They make things easier to do, but they don't teach the fighting game essentials to new players. Mission mode is neat, but if you don't know how to use your tools or when, its pointless making **** easier.

The game is babies comparied to earlier fighting games, period.

Its why I'm heavily looking forward to skullgirls.

I mean umvc3 has some neat aspects going for it, but man **** it as a competitive game. There are too many things I dislike/disagree with fom the pov of a fighting game designer/player.

****s fun when its casually played tho.

Competitive umvc3 is very viewer friendly though. I like watching it, esp when my favorite players are playing.

You know what would have been awesome?

If MvC3/UMvC3 never existed and we were still playing TvC. I love that game so much.

I also forgot to mention I hate the huge *** OTG window in UMVC3/MVC3.

****ing OTGing **** after a day and a half go by. :|

Also, TvC never took off because half the roster was too unknown for the non-JP audience, and it was on the Wii, which pushed away the competitive scene because majority of the competitive scene owns 360/PS3, not Wiis.

Yeah I know.

But it didn't really help that they announced MvC3 4 months after its release.

Yeahhh that didnt help either.

TvC reminds me of the Dreamcast. Great console, but it died due to multiple problems, and not just ONE single problem.

Mvc3 is a crappy competitive game. I would never waste my money to enter a tournament for it. Even if I was a beast.

You should add me!

My GT is Tornado Aido.

The new 360 controllers are amazing for fighters.
Sure. Lol Sentinel Anchor or Point?

I think a lot of things in fighters are silly, but after playing for few months of UMvC3 it's kinda growing on me. I still hate throws in that game though -.-

>growing on me.

what's that? i think you meant to say, "putting up with this ****"

because that's what it sounds like to me.

stupid **** in fighters doesn't "grow" on people, unless they like it, they just learn to tolerate/put up with it.
