She's really bad compared to when she was in CT. She's still usable, but don't expect to win a lot against people that know what they're doing unless you know how to outsmart them.

She definitely wasn't broken, all she really needed was a modest damage nerf and she'd be fine. I guess since she got fun stuff in CS (command dash, etc.) that they needed to take out some of her other stuff as well (old Act Parser basically making everything safe).
I agree that she wasn't broken, but she was way too good.
Anywho, it's not like it's gonna come up unless... UNLIMITEDS.

I'm in Louisiana, the Spring Break always coincides with Easter. In our case, we're having the Spring Break before Easter Sunday.
