I usually rotate every match. You don't have to leave to rotate, just suicide.

I legitimately blame the gamepad being **** for a lot of my ****-ups. Like fsmashing instead of ftiltng. Or the countless times the gamepad decided that I wasn't holding right anymore. Or the countless times I tried to punish the roll onstsge by usmash only for the game to reverse it.

They're friendlies, don't worry about it. I go unnecessarily hard in friendlies, too, so I'm not too concerned about that, haha.

All in all though, you have a playstyle I think'll develop nicely into the Ganon paradigm. You cover options pretty well, and you're good, in spite of what you may think, in disadvantageous positions. My biggest pointer would be to think of ways to approach, since 90% of the time, I was the one who approached, but when I didn't, wizkick, USmash and choke were your primary modes of entry, which I was able to punish pretty heftily.

GG's @ Vermanubis , you're really fun to play against. I saw you try to style on me a couple of times with the dair spike after my fate was already sealed lol. Gotta get used to the 3ds again since it's been so long but that was super fun

Yeah, GGs, dude. And I feel you about the 3DS. I put in a lot of time last tournament reacquainting myself with the GC controller, now I'm using the 3DS at home, and it's a big pain in the ass.

It's not a huge adjustment for me since I use the Pro controller on the Wii U anyways. More than anything I had the get used to the nub so I can use my aerials and smash attacks better. I did have to stop air dodging after the d throw or a spike was incoming, and I needed better DI against the d throw too unless it's a guarantee that you can get a wizkick after it at low percents. Regardless I actually did better than I thought I would. Thanks for the matches

I honestly think "styling" is a very important part of Ganondorf's gameplan, especially in the context of a tourney set. Nothing puts the fear in their hearts like an unnecessary D-air or Wizkick spike.
