My dad just four hr heart surgery today. Everything went fine and he'll be ok!!

I'm glad to hear the great news Mike! I wish had good news as well, but a close friend of mine passed away yesterday from cancer. I'm glad I didn't go to San Angelo, or otherwise I wouldn't have been able to visit him yesterday.

Guys, be thankful to wake up in the morning, and cherish the people you have in your life.

Please keep my dad in your thoughts! The surgery went as expected but he is losing blood and his blood pressure is rising and falling. He's in intensive care and they are trying to stabilize him

I have good news. My dad has stabilized. He is still bleeding a little bit but it mostly stopped. And he has a fever but he's doing a lot better.

Update: My dad was conscience today and I was able to talk to him(only a little as he's hopped up on drugs as you'd imagine). He looks tons better and should be out by next week assuming no other complications. This is just the first step to recovery though. Have a long year ahead.

AND: Holy **** looks like Alistair Overeem will fight in the UFC after all. I know y'all don't know MMA but I'm so excited I just have to add this here. lol Tons of dream fights on the way.
