I hate going by bi-weeklies, I honestly don't count those. how about at their circuit events?

It's already May... so I figured to clear out the thread a bit it should only list tournaments from the beginning of 2009 onwards.
Cause there were a lot of tourneys from like 5 months ago. And people with only one result, from last year.
