Luigi is not low tier. Luigi is a better character than Mario/DK. Screw anyone who think that Scorp proves otherwise.

I would consider Wednesday but it's my friends bday so that might not work for me.
The current mbr tier list claims the low tier starts at Mario/Pika/DK/Luigi, but **** that noise they are all broke as **** in low tiers. It should start at Link or Y.Link, but even they are both potentially too good.
