my gct currently has:
File Replacement 1.3
Disable Custom Stages 1.1
Dynamic SD loader 1.1
SD files

The GCT that contained all these codes were placed in E:/codes/



if you're using two gcts then file replacer should be in the pf folder, if not take fr out of the first one, make a second one, put it in along with other codes and if they work, your directory is right if not then your directory is wrong.

this is amazing, I used up like 5 DVDs from texture hackings, now i won't have to anymore =), still gotta test it out. Texture and music hacking is like the only reason i play brawl.

btw, what directory is it where i put the music hack files in my SD card?

ISO hacking. You can only texture hack so far with the iso loader.

A really easy way to iso hack conveniently is to use the usb loader, which loads .isos off your drive and rips your wii discs onto your hd. That way, you wont need to burn a new disc every time. I'm pretty sure I can't tell you where to get it though, just look around the internet.

Your directory should be:

hey man, the codes aren't working, i copied gct into my codes folder, loaded geckoOS and it still shows a black screen.

This is my directory
E:/PRIVATE/WII/APP/RSBP/PF/FIGHTER/Marth/FitMarth01. pcs

is it because its case sensitive or is there something wrong with my directory (yes i have the space between "." and "pcs". Is that meant to be there?)

NO space between . and pcs. I don't know where that space came from.

I don't know, the RSBP01.gct I uploaded before worked for me (I tested it).

Try to change the original color:
F:\private\wii\app\RSBP\pf\fighter\ness\FitNess00.pcs

And remember to wait 15 or 20 seconds before enter to stage select screen to make sure that wii loads the textures.

But mine won't even load the game it just goes into a black screen after loading GeckoOS. I loaded it with 1.8.0.2. Does it depend on the version as well coz i have 1.7 as well on my SD

I have GeckoOS 1.07, I think it's the same one. Make sure you don't have any GC memory card in your wii.

Edit 2: Ok I tried with GeckoOS 1.07 and I had no GC memory card in my wii, not that i didn;t have one to begin with and... Still not working...HELP!

Thanks! it works i think the problem was just waiting for it to load lol i waited but iunno if it was long enough but i extended it this time and it worked =P thanks heaps

and im using the 1.8 one so.. it works for me hmm try do what he told me, make it 00 for default costume and wait for 30 secs (even if u think its finished loading, just to make sure) and try it

yeah it says launching disk etc Game ID or something like that: RSBP01, SD Codes applying...
Then a black screen and it stays like that

Try to load the game through the channel disk. Does your wii commonly fail at reading the Brawl?

If not, there has to be sometihing wrong with your SD.
Is there anything unusual in your SD root? Maybe more than one GCT.

No my wii always loads brawl but ill check my SD card

edit: Nope there's nothing unusual in my SD card. and there's nothing wrong with my SD because I am able to load the Codes for Brawl that i downloaded from usbgecko.com. Could it be my firmware? mines 3.4E but it still has the homebrew channel

2.1a in the first page doesn't load my Brawl HOWEVER the edited version of 2.1a (in pages 101-103)loads my brawl but doesn't load my textures. I am still hoping that they fix it because thats the only one that actually works to an extent.

-to the people responsible for the File Replacement 2.1a PAL code, Please continue to fix it, because like I said, its the only one that actually works to an extent, well, for me anyway.
