character select portraitWhat are CSP files?
Ohh cool, I didn't knew you could change the little icon to the texture.character select portrait
the image of your char when your char select token is on it and you're switching colors.
It actually does something it just doesn't do anything to apply the textures. When I applied the code, and loaded my name for my character, it showed up as a gray box(The name above my character) during game play. I don't know if this helps in any way though. I hope it does.Good news, it doesn't crash.
Bad news. It doesn't appear to do anything, despite the fact that it still writes at the right adresses.
One of your issues could include...Quick question
I can't get the custom portraits of the textures to appear on the Character Select Screen, yet they show up on the victory screen. What am I doing wrong?
2.1A for PAL should load fine from the same directory. You need the pf folder. I prefer it highly over 2.1B, which besides being glitchy from what I heard, loads from the SD root, which is a space I do not want to clutter.im using PAL v2.1 but the textures arent loading they are in the right directories cause 1.3 worked any one able to help
SD Card\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\menu\strap\Strapen.pacWhat's the directory to replace the wii remote strap message?
Would you happen to be using my strap message? ^______^Thanks illinialex
Nope!Lol, and your welcome. And Knux, do you know the directory for that message??
I saw someone edit it once. Forgot to bookmark the page....Nope!
I doubt one even exists, because it comes smack dab in the middle of the strap message, which includes the little message, and the loading screen before the opening movie.
Export to gctHow do you save a file on codemanager as a GCT file? It only says "save as txt file", and that doesn't work.
Change the tag where you can type on the top left to RSBE01I tried that, but it just doesn't save the codes as a file. It just stores on the SD card, and i cant save the name as RSBE01. am i doing anything wrong?
I know how to use codemanager. I already did that. When I export to GCT, it doesn't give me a GCT file, like the file you would use for Brawl+. am i doing anything wrong?Change the tag where you can type on the top left to RSBE01
You're not explaining very much though. When you click export GCT, you have to choose directory. It will ask for a driver and the like. Otherwise, it won't work. Its hard to guess.I know how to use codemanager. I already did that. When I export to GCT, it doesn't give me a GCT file, like the file you would use for Brawl+. am i doing anything wrong?
OK, so just 2 make sure, I do NOT save as an actual file to the SD card, which I put in the "codes" portion of the SD card? i just export to GCT and that is it?You're not explaining very much though. Yeah, the files you want to use have to be checked.OK, so just 2 make sure, I do NOT save as an actual file to the SD card, which I put in the "codes" portion of the SD card? i just export to GCT and that is it?
In CUPASH, it should have Readme.htmlHow do I use CSP files?
Put it in a folder you should called "newfiles" (obviously without quotation marks) and then put it in, naming it identically to the template file you want to replace (such as captain1_big.tga)All I need to know is how to name the TGA file and were should i put it in.![]()
No, you just have to choose your codes properly, and then once you get the codes folder, cut and paste the one you want in pf there. Then export the one you want in codes.OK, I have a question. Will the export to GCT method affect playing Brawl+ with the "double gct" method??
No, music cannot be done without ISO hacking yet. Likely because we don't have a fast enough SD loader yet.I have a question, with File Replacement 2.1b, can it replace ANY file on the iso?
