I was actually going to ask about that cause the two guys that i play (One is actually training me) are able to DI out of a U-Throw at very low %

What does uptilt tip while holding down mean? Why do you have to hold down?

I'm assuming it is to crouch cancel Falcon's neutral air in case it trades with the up tilt.
