I find that with people calling me bren it saves valuable time, and saying brendon can result in a .27 second loss of one's life. If it doesnt seem that important from that standpoint, but look at it this way: I've known chris for like 7-8 years now, and all the times he has said bren has probably saved him at least 8 hours.

also, did anyone else find that todays update in smashbros was totally obvious? i think it's one of the biggest waste of an update since they officially revealed shielding in brawl. =/

Today's update wasn't that bad. Obviously, they were gonna add it in, but it shows us some cool new events, and confirms DeDeDe as a starter, or maybe you just unlock him from that event.
Multiple difficulties make it even better.

This week of updates was a lot better than the one a few weeks ago =/

Also, Pyro is a homewrecker, stay away from him.
He's also on the run, so watch out.

Zack uses up+b too much with Link.. he uses d-air a lot too
PyroLlamaKid uses n-air too much with GaW and like.. f-smashes with Falco lol

Andy dude, you have awesome tech and combo skill, but you lack mindgames and people knowledge, which is why I beat you. As soon as I get free from your combo's I know what I'm going to do to get you to start panicking. When I hit you, I know from experience with your characters, where you're going to land and where your DI can take you. I know from playing you that you're going to tech my Dair, so I go over the edge a bit so that when I spike you, you can't tech it.

This is what your missing. You need to be able to read who you're playing against, and have a knowledge of every character and how they behave. How they can possibly behave in certain scenarios, and how you can force them to behave the way you want them too.

With Link, I don't know how to approach, especially against Falcos with they SHL..
All I can do is throw weapons at you, but lasers hit me as soon as I throw boomerang, so that's canceled out,
and I'll keep getting it if I try using bombs. Lasers > Shffl approaches,
so I'm pretty much stuck with the shield, and you just use those shine combos.

Even with Falco, I suck with the approach game. I think I just give up in the SHL war and turn to shield lol
I don't get to face any good people often, so I'm really inexperienced, and I've just started to use Falco a lot more because I want to get more experience with him.
I panic whenever the games are near its end and we're both at like 120% o_o lol

You gotta work on that technical stuff, Steve. You'd be sooo much better.
Walltechs are so important to Falco and his ****ty recovery.
I couldn't tech those last hits because I always ended up at a wrong position to recover =/

well link is a bad matchup to falco and fox.... link's approach game is all about projectiles and making the opponent come to you just like samus. cept link has a better grab game.

today's update sux ***. i mean, if in brawl it has been confirmed that characters die at higher percentages, and they last longer... now add that to temple.

The thing is, I CAN'T use projectiles against Falco's laser =/
Link's boomerang cancels out if you get hit
If I try for a bomb, I can take it out, but I'd get hit a lot.. But it's almost useless anyways.
I throw it, and the laser stops it. I'd have to jump and throw it to get past the lasers,
and it's not even likely to hit because it's so obvious and Falco can just move and laser back.

Today's update was pretty crappy, but the music brought back some memories.
Sakurai prrooobbably doesn't know about competitive stuff..
I'm pretty sure he would know Hyrule temple was always popular though
I liked the 64 one sooo much better without that gay tornado
