EVERYTHING THAT’S EVER HAPPENED EVER
This is a documentation of all Pokemon, new moves/abilities/items, and region-related topics posted thus far in this thread. It is meant to show where we are in the process, how far we have to go, and what we should do next. Seeing as the OP has been out of commission for a while, I thought I might as well do this now.
I will update this post after I am 10 Pokemon behind what has been posted in the thread (where each stage of a Pokemon counts as 1 Pokemon), and/or every Saturday (whichever comes first).
POKEMON
This section contains links to all the Pokemon created in this thread, the people who made them, and various methods of displaying this information. A statistics section is included at the end to give a factual report of where we are in the process.
------------------------
1. Numerical Order List
This is an ordering of all the undisputed* Pokemon created thus far in National Dex order. This is not the set order; I simply put them where I felt they belonged, in relation to where other generations put Pokemon similar to ours (and thus, suggestions for more appropriate placements are welcome). For Pokemon with evolutionary relatives in this Pokedex, a bracket will be placed in front of the first stage of the Pokemon and behind the last stage. Pokemon with more than one evolutionary path will have two brackets around both paths (i.e. (Eevee, (Flareon), (Jolteon)). Pokemon that are missing vital information or are not Pokemon that would be found in the Pokedex are placed at the end under "Not Used". A total of all Pokemon created thus far (not including Disputed and Not Used Pokemon) is included at the very end.

2. Type List
This is a list of all the Pokemon created thus far organized by type, each type organized in alphabetical order. A count of the total amount of each type is in brackets after each type name. Disputed Pokemon will be included in both the list and the count (until they are scrapped), so some of the totals shown may be slightly more than what they really are. Pokemon are in no particular order, but evolved Pokemon in the same type section are in brackets, in the order that they evolve.

3. Top Contributors List
This is a list of all the members of SWF who have contributed a Pokemon to the SWF-Dex, as well as the Pokemon and number of Pokemon they submitted, in order of number of submissions (which will be included next to their name). Each stage of a Pokemon is counted as 1 submission (i.e., a submission of Whismur, Loudred, and Exploud counts as 3 submissions). Disputed Pokemon are included; Not Used Pokemon are not.

4. Statistics
This is a collection of data drawn from all of the Pokemon submitted thus far. It is meant to compare what has been created in this thread thus far with what the Pokemon games has created. Disputed Pokemon are included; Not Used Pokemon are not.

a) Comparison of Type Totals
This is a comparison between the total number of types used in our Pokemon compared to the average number of types used in all Pokemon games. The data of the average number of types from all Pokemon games was taken from the OP; therefore, this data includes both mono-and dual-type Pokemon, with each use of the type counting towards the total (i.e., Extermite, a Bug/Fire, would count as both a Bug-type and a Fire-type in this data).
Format:
(Type)(Number of Pokemon we have made of that type)-(Type)(Average number of Pokemon of that type in all Pokemon games)=(Difference between our total and their average,
Green* indicating we have more than the average,
Red indicating we have less than the average,
Yellow meaning we are equal)

b) Comparison of Stages and Legendaries
This is a comparison between the number of Pokemon involved in each kind of stage and the number of legendaries we have to the average number that the Pokemon games have. Each Pokemon in the stage counts towards the total (i.e., Whismur, Loudred, and Exploud, in total, count as 3 towards the total number of 3-Stage Pokemon we have). Pokemon that are (pre-)evolutions of Pokemon in other generations are counted towards what kind of stage the current family is now (i.e., Ocelord counts as a 3-Stage Pokemon and not as a 1-Stage, since it forms a 3-Stage evolution chain with Goldeen and Seaking).
Format:
(Stage)(Number of Pokemon we have of that Stage)-(Stage)(Average number of Pokemon of that stage in all Pokemon games)=(Difference between our total and their average,
Green indicating we have more than the average,
Red indicating we have less than the average,
Yellow meaning we are equal)

ABILITIES/MOVES/ITEMS
This is a list of all moves, abilities, and items created by us in this thread. The main purpose of this section is to inform others of what has already been done, so they can avoid repeating the same abilities/moves/items, and also have the option of using the abilities/moves/items we've already made for their own Pokemon.
------------------------
1. Abilities
This is a list of all abilities made thus far, including their descriptions and the Pokemon who have them, organized into alphabetical order. This will likely need to be updated, as not all of the abilities are explained enough, and may need balancing. Note that I do not change the wording of what the creator of the ability originally said, but I do twist it around in order to fit my format.
Format:
(Ability Name): (Description of its function)
Additional Notes: (...notes)
Users: (Pokemon who have this ability)
[collapse=]
Blood Pressure: After each attempt at using a move, the Pokemon with this ability loses 1/4 of its total HP.
Additional Notes: Missing on an attack, being hurt by confusion, being immobilized by love, being unable to use a move because of Torment, Taunt or Imprison, Struggling, each of the turns of a two-turn move like Dive/Hyper Beam, attacking while the opponent is Protecting/Detecting, certain moves such as Sleep Talk/U-Turn, and flinching count as attempts. Being fast asleep, being frozen, and being fully paralyzed do not.
Users: Vigorage
Blood Siphon: Damaging an opponent with a Bug-type attack raises this Pokemon's Attack by 1 stage.
Additional Notes: N/A
Users: Modeath
Dig-In: Negates moves that force switching out.
Additional Notes: N/A
Users: Zongera
Gooey Remains: When this Pokemon is KO'd, it leaves behind level 2 Toxic Spikes.
Additional Notes: N/A
Users: Voxslosion
Marksman: Ignores the foe's evasion modifiers. In addition, this ability increases the accuracy of this Pokemon's moves by 10%.
Additional Notes: N/A
Users: Aut'thear
Mirror Image: Copies the opposing Pokemon's appearance (sprite, animations, etc), cry, and (original) name permanently for the rest of the battle, even if this Pokemon is switched out.
Additional Notes: This ability activates before Imiguise is sent on to the field, so your opponent does not see the original Imiguise sprite. In a case where both of the previous Pokemon were knocked out, and Imiguise is the first to be sent out, it will copy the Pokemon the opponent is about to send out even though it is not on the field yet. In the case of a Double Battle, this ability will copy the last of the opponent's Pokemon to be sent out.
Users: Imiguise
Mountaineer: Avoids all Rock-type attacks/ hazards when switching in.
Additional Notes: N/A
Users: Sleeopard
Overexert: If an attack used by this Pokemon has Base Power greater than or equal to 100, the damage dealt is increased by 30%. This Pokemon then takes recoil damage equal to 1/10 of its max HP, rounded down to the nearest integer.
Additional Notes: N/A
Users: Aut'thear
Rock Mosaic: Absorbs Rock moves and adds to Defense.
Additional Notes: N/A
Users: Wyverishi
Scavenger:When a Pokemon with this ability causes an opponent’s Pokemon to faint by using a damaging move, it gains 1/4th of its total HP.
Additional Notes: N/A
Users: Fyunizzard
Terrorize: Lowers the Special Attack of all enemies when this Pokemon enters battle.
Additional Notes: N/A

CONCERNS
This is a list of all the concerns that I (and everyone involved with the project should) have about certain aspects of the project/where it's going/problems that we need to deal with. They are listed first by individual problems I have with certain people and/or their submissions, organized into alphabetical order by name, and then on more general concerns with things such as region/disputes that affect a lot of people.

flyinfilipino:
-What do you want me to do with your Rotom formes? They can't fit in the Pokedex part of the Dex, and they technically don't count as Pokemon, so the only place I can see them staying is in the Not Used section, but not contributing to our Not Used total. I'm not sure what else we could do with them.
IC3R:
-Did you submit the wyverns as an actual submission, or were you just posting them? If not, then I can remove one of our disputes and we'll use Tery's warrior quad as our trio.
-Are you fine with having two Hummingbirds (your Hummonsoku and flyin's Shockum) in the Dex?
-Your Ancient Leek item needs a location as to where it can be found. Also, can it only be held by Farfetch'd/Aut'thaer? I got confused since it says "it increases the chance of the holder...", and I didn't know if that effect only applied to Farfetch'd/Aut'thaer.
JOE!:
-Get that Vexxor done. D: And make its pre-evos too, to complete it.
-I also need additional information on your move Chomp, specifically PP, accuracy, and possibly a description (i.e. "The user crushes its foe between its large teeth.").
-You should probably edit out the Pokemon/Magma Pool in the OP, since this post covers it, and people might get confused and think that that's all we have.
Megalomaniac:
-Decide on a type for Asuma! >
-Are the Worn Shield/Sharp Spear items exclusive to Asuma? I also need information on where they can be found, and any other aspects of them they might have (if any).
Terywj:
-Making pre-evos for your old Pokemon would not only fill up Dex space, but would also get rid of the abundant non-evolving Pokemon we have (which you've created a lot of). I would REALLY suggest doing that before starting on more Pokemon.
-You're also missing descriptions on a lot of your moves, but they're optional and most of your moves have a secondary effect, so I can ignore it if you want. Although adding descriptions gives a nice aesthetic appeal.
Ultimario:
-Edit your Enigmetal sprite into the post where you gave its stats, because right now I'm using two links for one Pokemon, and it looks really dumb and confusing.
In General:
- NO MORE FIRE-TYPES/NON-EVOLVING POKEMON! >
We're overflowing with them, and we'll likely have to cut some of the ones we have already, so if you even THINK about making a non-evolving Fire-type, I will be most displeased.
Hold off on the Dark-types too, we're already 7 above the norm.
-Disputes! No one's really talked about them, so it looks like I'll have to bring them up. >.< The dispute with the least amount of conflicts is Detropod vs Terropede, both in competition for the crappy bug position. I guess a vote would be most fair? Or a mutual agreement between the creators? The wyverns vs warriors dispute is also quite easy to solve by voting, unless IC3R wasn't actually submitting them. And our Fire-starter? I know people have been saying we decided on Kittorch, but I want to make sure that everyone is OK with this decision (for the record, I no longer care). The last dispute I'll leave to the parties involved, since it isn't such a major decision that it should be outside the control of the creators.
-A lot of people (both active and inactive) have made Abilities/Moves/Items with incomplete information. If you see anything with a "???" next to a certain part of its format (i.e. its Description, Type, PP, etc), and you have an idea that can work for it, suggest it here and I'll make the changes. If the person who originally created it sees someone else has added something they didn't want to their Ability/Move/Item, they can ask to change it to something they desire. Though I would prefer if the person who actually made it gave the the information they want straight away so we don't have to deal with that, but in some scenarios, it can't be avoided (i.e. inactive people who made Abilities/Moves/Items...)
-We need more 2-stage Pokemon and Water/Poison/Ground Pokemon. D: The pair I have in the works (Sandslash/Arbok parallels) remedies both problems by a little bit, but I can only do so much.
-We also need more "pairs", as in stuff like Clefable/Wigglytuff or Shiftry/Ludicolo. We're getting a lot of individual Pokemon, but not enough Pokemon that relate to each other. Use unused types (and mono-types) to remedy two problems in one![/collapse]
If you see any errors, whether they're spelling, formatting, broken/incorrect links, improper placements of things, things I've missed, or just general tips to make this thing look better, please don't hold back.
