: Ok y'all, I get he is good, but let's just bring ourselves back to earth a moment. He only recently won Pound; more results like this could warrant tier 2, but tier 3 is a more realistic place for him now. Like, why is he above Ryu and Bayonetta lol... I get results mean a lot, but you have to consider the character's moveset and potential as a whole. For one, I can't see Bayonetta below him, at all. Secondly, at this moment in time, I cannot see him above Ryu either.: We forgetting about this guy or something? Utilt -> True Shoryuken anybody? Super easy to preform with the tilt stick too.

+1 Still maintaining she's not worse than characters like Roy, Falco and Zard when she's done more than all of them.+1 Even with him not being able to make top 16 at Pound, I definitely feel like Diddy can be higher than this as the meta progresses. His bonkers neutral, reliable kill confirms and combo ability are all way too good to be ignored, and he has no truly bad MUs at all besides debatably Rosalina while having some of the best tournament results and representation of any character. His flaws such as a mediocre air speed and exploitable recovery aren't that detrimental to his gameplay, considering his very strong onstage and aerial game.+1 DK has upper-mid or possibly high tier potential in my opinion. His clutch factor is insane, he has a great grab game, and his mobility and frame data for a superheavy are exceptional.+1 Definitely should not be this low. Why is bloody Shulk and Jr. above him lol-1 I'm confident Mewtwo is the best Pokemon in the game now. Pikachu has a great neutral and Quick Attack is honestly a top 10 move, but it doesn't make up for his complete inability to reliably take off stocks combined with his waning results in majors and being poorly affected by Rage.if I had to swap out one of my votes, or downvote .
When things settle down. Generally I keep updating until there are no more 2-tier movements. Last update I think 3 characters moved 2 tiers, so it is eventually getting less. In the first month there may have been 6+ cases of it. It tends to die down quickly once people really run out of ideas of where to move characters.Just out of curiosity, how long until we start ranking individual tiers
()I'm starting to feel bad for Roy, somehow.+1 Ryu is well, Ryu, not sure what parts about him I actually have to explain.+1 I believe Meta Knight is still a Tier 2 level threat, while the loss of his bread and butter U-air did hurt him, it wasn't enough to knock him down much.+1 and +1 These two being Tier 3 is pretty debatable, but I believe they are just ever so slightly more potent than the rest of Tier 4, they're on par with Ike and R.O.B. imo.+1 I'm not saying he's better than anyone above him, but I feel like he's a tier above Bowser Jr, Shulk, Mr. Game and Watch, etc and belongs up there, at the bottom of Tier 4.
Rather than explaining lots about your list, I will just say that I still wouldn't put Mewtwo in tier two just yet. This is just me, be he needs to be placing constantly/consistently high at tournaments to be tier 2. This big win proves that he can be quite good, and high up in the tier list, but before we go putting him in tier two, lets wait and see how consistent these results are.
+ Still pushing for her since her results are so consistent. If you're wondering where I think she should be in the middle of DK and Lucas since her results show as well as her having a great MU Spread. + Why is she there........she's deserving of either the best character or at worst top 4 since she's got a lot of stuff to use+ Pacman's got a lot to utilize and should be higher. + Should be way higher since he's got so much to offer. + Why is he bottom 3 when he's got actually some good tools. I'm not saying he should be up in tier 4. However, he's definitely deserving of tier 5

You're missing my point. I believe Mewtwo could be there, most certainly. However, until he actually gets results like this on a common/semi common occurrence, I think tier 3 is where he should be at, like, instead of being near the bottom of tier 2, he should be near the top of tier 3.
I agree with you. But Top 15 is actually still accurate at this point. He's just not better than Payonetta and Rii U.

Duh. (Ignore if it would put her higher than Tier 1.) Duh. (Ignore if it would put him lower than Tier 3.) I don't think she's quite top tier anymore without the good kill setups she had before. Andalsotheothernerfsshegot--what? He's still got so much going for him, as he's compared negatively to Bayonetta for crazy combo potential, and yet he has far better frame data to start his combos with. He's certainly Tier 2 with his lack of changes and the various nerfs in the top tiers. I've said it once, I'll say it again: he has the tools and representation necessary to be at least Tier 4. and .Even though she got 5th at Pound yesterday and still has kill confirms like aerial needles into Bouncing Fish?-

This is almost identical to my tier list. Some different placements in mid tier but for the rest it's the same lol
Pretty great list! I'm loving Palutena's placement. I definitely think Ganondorf and especially DK could go a bit higher, though. Also, Mewtwo is kinda crazy high but I'm too unsure about his placement yet to make a judgement in regard to that.Where did you get the template for your tier list? I want to make one myself.

Decent overall IMO. I explained above my thoughts on Mewtwo, so in turn I feel your placement is too generous at this point in time. Most importantly, why is Lucina so far below Marth? Both of them are near identical, and her lack of tipper doesn't harm her as much as you'd think. Sure, Marth is the better character, but they really aren't far apart.Where did you get the template for your tier list? I want to make one myself.

Mewtwo is generally seen as top 15. It isn't too much of a stretch.

I really wanted to put Samus in mid but I just need to see more of her before I put her up there. I do think she has a better kit than the rest of low tier it's just I've seen more from G&W and Kirby since the patch dropped. Lucina is a very weird one for me because unlike Marth who got a good representation at Pound, I've seen next to nothing from Lucina for a very long time. It just seems like she struggles to find a niche other than not having to rely on tippers. She can go higher for sure I just don't see enough of her.
What about Palutena?
Well that's the price of people just continuously downvoting a characterInteresting how things have shaped up. It's amazing how dumb people were, down voting Bayonetta "just to merge the tiers" but since everyone did it, she's not even top 10 anymore. Seriously, though, what the heck?
As for Mewtwo, I won't vote him down since everyone's gonna do that and he'll become low tier again.

Back at it with the Palutena hate
Then you're not looking at the right places. Prince Ramen is ranked #1 in CFL, a strong region. TLTC also got 13th at FOW Saga using her solo, and a Palutena placed rather high (p sure it was in top 15) at Tipped Off 11. IceNinja also took a Canadian national with her.

That's fair enough. I did just look at the weekend's results list and there were a few Palutena's around. My list isn't perfect and I may have taken some liberties towards the end but considering how many characters are in this game, I'm always bound to mess up on a few.
