I think Badge Center Bunny is dumb and annoying.

I like learning about Smash history too, but we don't learn anything with forum back and forths that are purely speculative. It ultimately serves no purpose to just argue about what we think might have been cut or why we think certain characters were included, etc. Especially when it gets as heated as it does.Well... even though DLC is done and development is wrapping up, it doesn't mean we can't still learn about the history of Smash 4. We'll probably see a lot more content that is talked about from Sakurai in the future and I doubt dataminers have found everything on the game disc. So, we still have lots to look forward to when it comes to Smash History.
I'm personally looking forward to seeing which fighters were planned/scrapped for this game.
Oh yeah, I've also been speculating on the 25th Anniversary Sonic game that will come in 2016. I personally think it's gonna revolve entirely around Classic Sonic, either being a complete re-imagining of Sonic 1 as a 3D platformer, or even a "Sonic Origins", taking place before Sonic 1, and showing Sonic's first encounter with Eggman as well as making a name for himself.
I think this because at the various trade shows SEGA have showed up at lately, they have been showing off their upcoming merchandise for the 25th Anniversary, and it's ALL Classic Sonic (or Sonic Boom but that's less to do with the anniversary and more that it's a currently successful brand for them). They even had some that was based on the DiC cartoons. First4Figures even have a statue conceptualised and it's a Classic Sonic one.

Combined with the fact Lost World and Sonic Runners had a HEAVY Classic Sonic influence, I really am expecting the 25th Anniversary game to be focused on Classic Sonic.

We'll learn info in due time, and you can probably get a lot of it from Source Gaming eventually.

Like Navi, Daisy, Fi, Baby Mario...Agreed
He's Omochao on energy drinks, he never shuts up.
Man, even if I can't afford them, I love seeing new F4F Sonic statues.Oh yeah, I've also been speculating on the 25th Anniversary Sonic game that will come in 2016. .
I'd argue he's worse than those because the entire game stops when he talks and practically everything you do brings him up.Like Navi, Daisy, Fi, Baby Mario...
Can we just agree they're all bad?I'd argue he's worse than those because the entire game stops when he talks and practically everything you do brings him up.
No because Navi's far more infrequent (once you leave the Kokiri Forest) than people lead on, ESPECIALLY in the 3DS version. Can we just agree they're all bad?![]()
I was under the impression people loved Ezlo lolNo because Navi's far more infrequent (once you leave the Kokiri Forest) than people lead on, ESPECIALLY in the 3DS version.
And Fi is still my favorite helper.
ELZO IS GARBAGE AND NOBODY CALLS HIM OUT ON IT.
I have looked at it from that angle too, and it's certainly possible it's just for their merchandise. However, Aaron Webber has also gone on record saying that the Anniversary in general will celebrate the "heritage of Sonic", which implies the early elements of Sonic. During the 20th Anniversary though, SEGA PR said something similar. They said it was to celebrate the "history of Sonic", which is everything from the earliest to the most recent stuff. Not only did this apply to their merchandise (releasing all of the main series Sonic soundtracks and even some extra ones, a toyline with things drawn from different games, etc), but of course, Generations itself represented this idea too, drawing from all eras of Sonic.Man, even if I can't afford them, I love seeing new F4F Sonic statues.
As for your speculation, Classic Sonic being the main star for the 25th anniversary game seems like a really interesting idea, though they could just be pushing him because 25 years is a big milestone.
Still, having an entire game of just Classic Sonic's gameplay in Generations with brand new levels and improvements? Yes please!
Speaking of Sonic, anyone got that sonic 4 chan leak that predicted sonic runners and states to know sega's plan for sonic 25th birthday.
>Sonic Team working on 25th Anniversary game, internal title is just "Sega Sonic 25", but this has recently been changed to "Digital Sonic 25"
>Game is a "Celebration of Sega as a whole", which is basically Sonic Generations 2 without the boost stuff and has Sonic going through worlds from Segas past a bit like SASRT
>There's a couple of side projects
>3/4s of the Lost World team is working on Digital Sonic 25, but the team itself is much larger, taking notes from lots of figureheads from Segas past, there's a number of others working on 2 other projects
>"Sonic Runners" is a mobile game with a bit of pay2win in there, I haven't worked on it personally, but from what I've heard they're going for addictive fast paced platforming
>There's an exclusive Wii U title that's currently on hold as Sega have shifted the team to working on Digital Sonic 25 as they want it finished by this year to be polished for the anniversary
>The exclusive Wii U title is just an extended port of Generations and Colors, billed as "Sonic Colors Generation", with a bunch of extra missions and stuff. The core game is for the most part the same, warts and all
The story is pretty flimsy.
>Eggman kidnaps Tails
>Sonic goes through a Green Hill Zone level to get to Eggman
>Gets kidnapped himself
>Gets thrown in to a Digital world created by Eggman with the rule that he's "trapped forever" unless he can break the program
>Has to go through (so far) 11 worlds from the likes of Shinobi, Phantasy Star, all the token Master System/Genesis games finding a way to break the program
>Eventually gets free with the power of some kind of digital chaos emeralds and breaks the program
>Fights Eggman in Eggman Land, which he's rebuilt in Sonics absence
It's Segas 25th anniversary game, not Sonics
Either way, Sonic's 25th is going to be something special. Here's hoping we get a game we'll all remember for years to come.I have looked at it from that angle too, and it's certainly possible it's just for their merchandise. The fact that there has been such a focus on Classic Sonic so far leading up to the 25th, as well as that "heritage" comment, makes me believe the game will focus specifically on Classic Sonic somehow, especially when looking at the chain of events leading to Generations.
I could be entirely wrong but this is one instance where I really hope I'm right because I'd love a brand new game starring Classic Sonic.
This is my favorite Sonic DesignEither way, Sonic's 25th is going to be something special. Here's hoping we get a game we'll all remember for years to come.
While I certainly love Modern Sonic, I can't help but love the little guy too.

Same here, Saturn era was the best. This is my favorite Sonic Design
The CD/Saturn era Sonic design is so good
i do. wish it was 9 so we'd have a 60 character roster.Do you consider 7 to be a small number of DLC characters for a fighting game?
Well you see avocado's are the most evil vegetable. To get gomorrah out of it is simple:How does one get Gomorrah out of Avocado?
I mean guacamole is a given, but summoning demons from a fleshy green vegetable is new to me.
This was pretty interesting! Definitely crazy! Thanks for posting! This guy is insane!
Petit computer is a thing that you can buy on the eshop to program on 3ds, but it;s in basic.
