Roy, Cloud and Bayonetta are all there at least.

This is actually interesting to consider. What if the ballot was truly based on the states and Europe and not Japan as much?

For example, we know Bay was highly requested in Europe, but according to this, lacked the votes in Japan.

Roy was planned before the ballot, so that worked out.

And Cloud while slightly Japan based seems to have been chosen based on the rest of the world as FF had many different requests according to Sakurai.

If were were to treat this as slightly accurate, then you can't even say Sakurai bias in the final decision( well maybe corrin). The final newcomer was chosen based on demand outside of Japan, even though Japan voted just enough for Sakurai to consider finalizing his decision on who to add. Which is actually pretty nice of Sakurai,

Yes, and you have great taste. It's actually my second favorite fighting game of all time right after Melee.

Tenkaichi and Legacy of Goku series are my fav DBZ games. Xenoverse was a step in the right direction at least, although it needs more depth. Raging Blast 2 was a major improvement over Raging Blast, but it still is not polished or as smoothed or diverse as Tenkaichi 3 is. It's also slower and the moves aren't as flashy. Still a good game but not exactly a gem like Tenkaichi 2 and 3 are.
