We did have about 2 TD themes in Wii U, though. But other than that, a lot of the older Kirby games got remixes.

I do agree about the horrible 3DS stage, though. I mean, seriously. They could've taken, like, anything else, and it would've been waaay better.

I think the fact we don't have any Epic Yarn tracks is that the soundtrack doesn't really have any high-paced themes... At least, I can't think of any off the top of my head.

The Triple Deluxe track was one of my favortite DLC, hahaha.

Epic Yarn is one of my favorite Kirby games.

It's super easy but a lot of fun! It was creative and done well!

I'd love a sequel.

Plus Prince Fluff and the abilities were cool.

I find it ironic that I'm one of the most avid Rosalina fans on the planet, to a point where people fault me for it.

Yet I'm one of the few people who doesn't think "hey Rosalina's in the game in a tastefully sexy new outfit" is enough to sway me on buying Nintendo's subpar spin-offs as of late.

I mean I might have CONSIDERED it if she was at least playable in Rugby. But even then I'm not sure.

Feel pretty bad for being rather critical of Sakurai in the past. I mean there's a lot of things that I think should have needed to be done but for people to blast the guy for things that are beyond his control must be frustrating for the guy and I do feel for him. Nintendo tells him to put a 6th FE character in the game and Sakurai has to oblige and take all the blame and disdain from fans because of it even when he does agree about FE being over represented. I'm guilty of this myself with my anger I had over the inclusion of said character and I jumped to the conclusion that the character's inclusion was all Sakurai's doing and his love for the series.

Glad he made this article because it sheds a lot of light in to the things that people might think that aren't true and made me respect Sakurai for the things he gets blasted for that's out of his power.

It really makes no sense to me, and seems just lazy. Rosalina kind of works in the event she's in, because grace and all that, but still, it just feels like the M&S games get lazier and lazier with every entry. Nothing really changes, nothing's really different, it just seems to be the Olympics with Mario and Sonic characters and 1 new event to play. Can't wait for Mario and Sonic at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic games, where the main event they show everywhere is Skeeting or some **** I dunno. And who can forget new playable characters Luma and Moto Bug? They'll definitely bring in tons of players alone. Oh and not to mention you also get to play Women's Volley Ball with only female characters and all of them are in a bikini

Xander is literally the best. I lost all of my troops on one chapter and he was the last one left, so I sent him forward expecting a game over. This guy just goes and plows through the last horde of enemies with three HP left and one shots the last guy for the win. Move over Frederick.

I don't mean that in a good way OR a bad way, I mean that in a "they definitely have something really unique in store for us" way.

It'll probably still have the XYAB button layout on it if this is really a standard slogan, though.

*EDIT* Also I do at least get the feeling that whatever the NX is is going to do better than the Wii U in this case. Part of the Wii U's problem with casuals was that to them, there WAS a play like it: the iPad. NX is clearly going to do something new and use that to convince the people who won't look into a system unless it's waved in front of them but won't drop it on a dime as soon as they see a game they don't like either that the NX is worth getting.

Yeah, it sounds a little off and it ain't beating "Wii would like to play," but at least it gets a message across that kinda failed during the Wii U's lifespan.

I think that's kind of what I'm expecting out of the NX, too. It's not going to break any records, but I do think it's going to do much better for itself than the Wii U did.

This kind of slogan does seem easier to tack onto the end of a commercial along the lines of the way Playstation's "It only does everything" can be thrown on there unlike Wii Would Like To Play With You, though, so maybe they'll use it that way on some commercial spots.

LOL, I was so dense I missed the play on words and just went straight to the seeming intention.

Now that you say that, though, "There's no place like home" in this context does seem to imply a bit of appeal to nostalgia mixed with their innovation, which would make sense considering they changed their logo coloration back and implemented the change into the slogan logo.

Trying to have their cake and eat it too is a clever tactic, but there's always a chance that they've bit off more than they can chew.

The lack of quotability is gonna hurt them a bit, but hopefully the slogan still has enough sticking power to work. I guess it's up to how the marketing team uses it, in this case.
