Jimmy Neturon is More of a Genus that a combatant, hence why he is an assist trophy
and Squidward, Having him use his clarinet to shoot out music notes to attack fighters is more for assist than playable.

For Progress: Here is an update

For the returning fighters: I will be using their animations from Smash Ultimate and will only create NEW animations if they're important for the game.

As for Blossom and Buttercup, they will be using their PPGZ designs for animation reasons.

1. I do have some Post-Release fighters to be added after the full game is released.
