Actually i'm pretty sure the punch out themes (Jogging, Little Mac down, and the fighting theme) are made into a meledy, I remember hearing it from the treehouse stream.

the Milano.
Greninja can Wall Jump.
Boxing Ring Springs are counted as walls.
Sonic's side taunt now says "Sonic Speed."
Greninja's up smash does have armor, WFT threw a Bob-Omb at him and he was still there.
The icicles on Mushroom Kingdom U can freeze as their coming down.
Sonic Homing Attack has a (new) SFX.
Gardivor returns same as Brawl.
Lloid Rocket has limited fuel.
As the Blue Shell rises, it hurts.
Zeldas FS is a lot faster.
Villagers firework attack changes colors, even the pack.
Pink Greninja as an alt.
GamePad is a controller, but I only saw used to get past the Title Screen.
ZSS has a new entrance.
Upper wing on Pilot Wings isn't a ledge.
Snivy uses Razor Leaf
Greninja has voice actor.
Triforce Slash is faster.
Star Wand is back.
Victini does V-Create and does nothing.
Tanooki DOES NOT ATTACK.
Pikachus Side Special is followed by a blue trail.
When someone gets a kill on the boxing ring, the person who got the kill shows up on the bottom left corner of the screen and tells them their place.
Genesect is a Master Ball Pokémon.
Icicles fall randomly on MKU.
Upperdash Arm has Super Armor.
Doc Louis is part of Little Mac's victory pose.
Togepi uses a move then disappears.
Drill item is a one-time attack, a drill is shot.
Wii Fit Trainer has voice acting.
Kyorge now damages.
Golden Hammer is back.
Greninja seems to have a counter.
Freezie can freeze two people if they are in the hitbox.
Mother Brain can turn around.
Zero Laser is bigger than in E3 trailer, I believe.
Bowser has a new green alternate.
Villagers Balloons color corresponds with the player number. P1=Red, P4=Green, etc.
Little Mac's helpless animation is him flipping.
Little Mac has voice acting.
5 Bob-Ombs still can come out of Party Balls
Party Ball is back.
Crowd chants are back.
Villager can hit with his axe.
Squeaky Golden Hammers back.
Fox seems to have new voice acting.

I've been seeing a lot of people actually hitting the assist trophies. I've seen it happen with Dillon, Mother Brain, Lyn, etc...

Took me a bit to recognize the song but based on the Treehouse video, this song plays on Reset Bomb Forest.

EDIT: Random songs play during Smash Run. Heard a MM2 Medley (turns out the Rock Remix used in the MM trailer is one entire song), SSB4 Main Theme, and Dark Pit's Theme play during three separate runs.

In the stream. Samus hit Bowser with the start of her D-air but Bowser doesn't get spiked. It spikes kirby later during the stream though. According the guys playing the stream, Screw Attack is viable vertical K.O. move.

I think characters now have individual victory themes even if they're part of the same franchise. Whether it be a remix or somethinf completely different. Rosalina has a Mario Galaxy music clip, and Bowser seems to have a rock themed Mario Bros theme.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before

I don't know if anyone got it yet, but in the treehouse stram a Glice from Subspace was shown. I believe that confirms that all three are returning. Glice, Glunder, Glire

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PMseKXLk0zA about 10:20 is a remix of Rainbow Road from Mario Kart 7
and about 15:47 is Villager's victory theme which is based off of the Main Theme from the GCN Animal Crossing.
Hopefully soon I could figure out what song plays on Prism Tower, but that's all I have for now.
Edit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oK9JrbrPZDw
In this video, the Mario Kart 7 Rainbow Road music transitions into a snippet of Mario Kart DS Rainbow Road music (which is remixed), and after that it goes into the last part of Mario Kart: Super Circuit's Rainbow Road theme (took a while to recognize since it's remixed as well) So basically, it's a medley of all handheld Rainbow Road themes.

@ Frostwraith Frostwraith , after discussing with a friend? I've come to the conclusion that the Power Bomb we saw is actually one of Samus' Bomb variants. This might have been figured out already, but the move is grey like other character moves we've seen in the demo runs of Smash Run. So ah well.

Haha sorry man you'll have to take my word, but I was at SmashFest and saw him on the WiiU version. He basically jumped out and swung at people with his sword.

Based on my time at SmashFest (sorry for the lack of pics. There was a big crowd so the TV was really covered)

- Inkay is a PokeBall Pokemon. He attacks by flipping over. When he flips over, you'll trip if you're near him.
- Giratina is a PokeBall Pokemon. He attacks by using Twister, which sends a horizontal tornado across the screen (think Gust Bellows but bigger)
- "The Devoted" from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn plays on the Coliseum stage.
- Magnus is an AT.
- Snivy attacks using Razor Leaf. It's a PokeBall.
- Polari can appear as one of Rosalina's Lumas.
- Petilil is a Smash Run enemy

I saw a Flarge from Kid Icarus Uprising in Smash Run when I played at Best Buy. And cucco in the Lttp sprite style is also an enemy in Smash Run.

One of Samus' custom moves is called "Melee Charge Shot" and it replaces her up-special

It took me a second to figure out what you were saying but I assume you meant Flage.

nope, later that same match it doesn't, I guess that was a glitch
In regards to thunder, it seems to be inconsistent. Earlier today at a Smashfest, I saw thunder pass through the top platform of Battlefield, but would not pass through the two side platforms.

Marth cannot auto-cancel aerials anymore.

Samus' Final Smash seems to be a lot weaker, though I would like to hear other people's opinions about it. Also, her Nair is a sweeping kick from front to back.

There's various aesthetic changes here and there regarding attack animations, though I'm not sure if they're worth noting. Let me know if I should post them or not.

Yea that's what I meant. I always heard it said as "flarge" in the game though. My bad.

Pic of it for people who don't know Uprising.

EDIT:
The Lakitu assist trophy from Brawl returns.

That not only shows Magnus but it confirms the fact that you can attack assist trophies and they actually suffer hitstun.
He even seems to have an animation for it. I saw Dillon getting attacked somewhere and he kinda just shook in place.

Hey guys/girls, today I got a chance to play one match on the Smash 4 demo at BestBuy in Webster, tx. Before I begin, please keep some things in mind while reading what I have typed and watching the video I have posted.

A. We used the WiiU Pro controller. Its that XB360 looking controller.

B. One match set at 2min with items on. It was also a Free-4-All.
C. I watched others play the game for about 4 hours and I saw a total of 5 people use Samus.

Having said this^ please watch read what I have posted below and then watch the video.

(not in video) All of samus moves are the same looking as they were in brawl. B-air looks a little different but does the same thing.

(in video) You cannot missile cancel. I tried 2 times myself and watched one other player try. It cannot be done. This is a HUGE problem. Also, the animation for a grounded super missile is very long.

(in video) You can dash dance. Timing is very strict but it can be done.

(in video) U-tilt does 13% fresh. I KOed a Fox pretty early with this move so I can confirm that this move has been buffed in the knockback department.

(not in video) Jab 1, jab 2, f-tilt, f-smash and b-air are all much faster in smash 4 than in brawl. It is very noticeable. I thought I saw a jab 1 combo into f-tilt several times.

(not in video) D-smash sends the foe horizontal instead of vertical like in brawl.

(in video) Bombs are the same as brawl. They are still set to a timer.

(in video) Bomb jumping is still possible. It will never be as useful as it was in melee but it still helps with recovery/stalling.

(in video)Bombs do 10% damage.

(in video) Charge shot seems to charge the same as brawl or faster. Needs more testing.

(in video) Zair seems to be faster than brawl. It still auto tethers to ledge when recovering.

(in video) Up+B to ledge auto snap is still there but a little different. Samus must be farther down in order for the auto snap to work.

(in video) Quick ledge snap from standing on the stage is either gone or i just suck ****. My first death was because I did not quick snap to the ledge .

(not in video) Samus runs faster than in brawl. Her roll is faster but its still the same as brawl/melee/64

(not in video) Dash attack does 10% fresh.

(not in video) Fully charged shot still does 25%.

(in video) Non tipped Zair does 2%, tipped does 4%. Or maybe there are two types of non tipped zair. Watch the video.

(in video) Up throw does 10% fresh.

(in video) Back throw does 9% fresh.

(in video) Pivot grabbing is still in.

Overall, I guess the question you are wondering is probably something like “is samus better or worse than she was in brawl?” On one hand I say YES she is better. Every character in Smash 4 is faster but samus has moves (I named a few above) that are even FASTER than that and that is very very good. She also seems to KO faster because her moves appear to do more knock back, which is her number one issue in Brawl. On the other hand I say NO she is not as good because she cannot missile cancel. Due to no missile cancelling, missiles can only be shot in the air out of a full hop so that you do not land with a terrible ending animation from the missile leaving the cannon. If you have seen my Brawl videos or any top level samus player videos, missiles are PIVITAL for samus in brawl (they provide spam which slows the enemy down/reduces their options, they gimp, they allow for grabs and other frame traps…etc). Since this this game is closer to brawl than any other smash game, I feel samus has just lost lots of status due to no missile cancelling. Im not writing her off just yet though because it is JUST a demo of smash 4. I played the melee and brawl demo and both times the final game was different from the demos. I think the same for the smash 4 demo……I HOPE the same goes for the smash 4 demo.

In the treehouse stream, Nate mentions WFT's Deep Breathing restores some health. She also say's "salute the sun" sometimes when firing Sun Salutation.

Can't remember if anyone mentioned this, but the victory screen music is a remix of the N64 CSS screen music.

Rosalina's grab attack is a smack from her wand.

Dealing enough damage to a Cucco item will just cause it to automatically attack you.

Marth used critical hit, missed, and flew off the stage but managed to recover, which I don't think you can do in Brawl

Forgot to mention this. Bob-ombs will spawn in sudden death as usual if the match takes to long.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ST2DQMwqpWk

Bigger and slower character are able to hold more power ups in Smash Run than the smaller faster characters.

Smash Run music seems to be random. In this video it plays Wily's Castle, the Smash 4 Theme, and Dark Pit's Theme, but in other it was playing Gerudo Valley and the X/Y Pokemon Trainer Battle Theme. Also confirms those song is in the 3DS version.

Bumpety Bombs, Boom Stompers, and Zuree's from Kid Icarus Uprising confirmed as a Smash Run enemy.

Egg Robo's from Sonic 3 are smash run enemy's. This was mentioned earlier I think.

"Charge Blaster" as a custom move for Fox. replaces Up special.

"Giant Blow" as a custom move for DK. Replaces up special. Funny comment from Nate. "Might want to change the name of that one"

"Hammer Bash" as a custom move for Kirby. Replaces down special.

Wrath of the Reset Bomb (chapter 12) song confirmed for the Reset Bomb Forest stage.

And now ;m done editing this post lol.

Link retains the dAir meteor mentioned in the PotD a while back.

Also, not sure if mentioned yet but when you tether the stage, your character will sway underneath.
Any idea on what triggers the Dair meteor? Is it like on the initial start up like Toon Link? Also, can anyone post a video of it so I can see for myself? I don't doubt it's not in the game, but I wish I could see it in action since I never saw it yet.

Nate says its during the initial frames of dair. We don't actually see it happen when he's talking about it.
