The wiz kid might either be a Steel-type or Electric-type leader, and the rock climber is likely a Rock-type leader. I think the first gym in Kalos is Bug-type, so this would be the first time that a Rock-type gym isn't first.

It all revolves around gene splicing. Newtwo is like, an elevated Mewtwo, and the Darktwo is more Mewlike.

The sword Pokemon has an English name now, as well. It's called Honedge in English.

It should have been "Honeblade" or "Honetilt" or "Honesword," but I guess Honedge will suffice.

I remeber Geno made one cameo in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga as the one who explained the rules of a mini-game, but it was just his wooden doll body. (or in other words his design)

Yeah, but unless Nintendo is to pay the big bucks for a franchise it doesn't want or need that it has 2 worthy "successor series" to that sold better (although weren't nearly as influential), there's no way that Nintendo will get the rights to Geno, Mallow, and Super Mario RPG back.

It is a shame Square Enix doesn't either give them back to Nintendo for a discount/small fee per appearance/game, or that Square Enix doesn't use said Super Mario RPG characters in other games and mediums (seriously, imagine Geno involved in some super attack in Kingdom Hearts!!!)

I liked Vanillite. Don't know what to say about this one, because we really don't know anything this time.

I don't know why people got so mad at those Pokemon. They were funny looking.

The guy who designed those Pokemon was also the same guy who designed the awesome Ground/Ghost Golett line.

That's so true. I would be happy to see Mallow, Geno, and Boshi in just Mario sports/party games at the very least. But whatever, I have long moved on from Super Mario RPG. I am all about Animal Crossing nowadays. Speaking of which, I am off to the island to catch some bugs.

I'm glad that I got attached to Pikmin, since Pikmin 3 is coming out soon. Good thing I didn't play and get attached to SMRPG though.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Eventually something will happen with them; good IP's and characters never die. In an industry so heavily run on sequels and followups, the past always finds itself front and center in the present or future eventually (granted, usually in a new way, shape, or form).

I've heard the 2nd new form rumors, and that it's supposed to be more Mew-like, but the typing of both new forms is new to me.

Though at this point, I'm pretty sure the PokéBeach rumors are all true.
While a few things had been confirmed since the rumor, such as Fairy Type (and old Pokémon being reclassed with the Type), Sky Battles, and easy EV viewing.

This CoroCoro sealed the deal as it confirmed Pangoro's existence, as well as Inkay and Malimar.
And Draining Kiss as a move.

- New Shellos
- New villains have a lot to do with Plasma. Go further into Pokemon DNA ****. Nazi like.
- New Lizard after Gila Monster Poison/Ground

He's Heard rumors about: New Jynx evo, Dark Gym, Hideouts Returning

Hideouts returning is a possibility = literally the best thing ever.

...although I wish they weren't actually hidden, but more of like a fun town.

I hope those turn out to true. Most of those "I work at" rumors don't turn out well.

I always wanted a Poison/Dragon Pokemon based off a Horned Devil and Gila Monster. I guess that's close enough.
