No, you got called "hurtful words" because you straight up said you were talking down to us you nobody. You have no right to TALK DOWN TO THE GREATEST OF ALL-TIME, ALWAYS IN PRIME TIME, SWINING WITH THE RHYMES, IT'S JOHNKNIGHT1, THE RIDLEY CHAMP, YA MIND=???
Trying to sue your fans, your loyal customers, and people who have spent well over a thousand dollars in stuff from your company for doing something that is 100% legal and is legally protected in most civilized countries is freaking stupid, especially coming from the redheaded step child department of the company (NoA).
Sorry, JustABill, but I think you're missing the point here. We should be able to broadcast stuff like this, without any interference. Do you realize that this could eventually extend to the casual streams of "Nintendo's preferred method?" Just think about that for a minute. Take away all the bells, whistles, and whatnot that's being put behind the Melee at EVO hype. Look at it for what it is. It's the principle of the matter.
And wait for Sony, Microsoft, and third party companies to do this. Then, in an age of multimedia, it will really tick you off, and those companies will lose all kinds of money and free advertisement in order to protect their self-righteousness.
Well... at least this is a less stupid thing to argue about than items being toggled on or off.
I never argued about an items on/off switch, and I never will.
