I know, I didn't think it'd be likely or anything, but they have tweaked and made minor changes to VC games before, so I thought it'd be worth a shot to ask.
Apparently it's also partly because since Itoi is such a notable figure in Japanese culture (he's a Journalist/Copywriter/Novelist/Voice Actor/Video Game Designer/Cultural Commenter/Whatever) that they feel like it'd be doing him a disrespect if they were to make major changes and/or the fact he has that much cache means he personally is able to make it so no major changes are made.I know, I didn't think it'd be likely or anything, but they have tweaked and made minor changes to VC games before, so I thought it'd be worth a shot to ask.
(It also would've been a great way to promote the new VC)
Ah well, looks like (like usual) the Mother stuff has no baring on anybody outside Japan.
They had Shulk basically showing his mug at the end. It may not be a sequel in the same sense as Super Mario Galaxy 2, but it's going to tie into the world of Xenoblade someway. Spiritual successor, same universe, whatever you want to label it.
Since KEY, I always felt that the yarn style would be more fitting for a Yoshi game. Personally I'm ok with the style as long as they up the challenge. Just because the color is bright and cheery does not mean you need to forego difficulty.
I've never played Wind Waker, so this works out for me!

That's not what I'm saying, I am simply afraid that it will share the Yarn Kirby game's difficulty. It won't necessarily be like that of course, which is why I am hopeful. And the Yarn style does indeed fit better in terms of aesthetics and gameplay mechanics.
It is very excellent except for the Tingle part that has prevented me from wanting to go back and finish it, though I suppose that section isn't all that bad.
But damn, giant beautiful mechs flying across expansive HD worlds with massive dinosaurs... absolutely insane! A must buy, plain and simple.
I get you. I've been hearing people complain about the art style, so forgive me if I'm a little quick on the assumptions. You're right about the difficulty.
Save for the Tingle part, you don't know what you're missing. Here's to hoping they streamline that aspect of the game, namely no Rupee grinding.
But they're reeasing in October. If my logic is correct, Microsoft and Sony are on the verge of new consoles. And Nintendo released theirs ahead of the game. Therefore at E3 while other company's are showcasing new consoles, Nintendo will put together a dy-no-mite line up of games that will be needed to keep a good amount of focus on them.I highly doubt there will be a Pokemon X and Y demo. Pokemon usually never happens at E3. The only time I can remember Pokemon at E3 was for a spin off game, XD Gale of Darkness.
I think they will cover third party and new games for 3DS.I loved the Tingle part. Lol

Me too. After FE:A and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon come out I presume more awesome titles will be announced, because they've done a pretty good job so far.
Nobody is resting easy until Sakurai spills the beans in June.
I don't do anything easy. When I rest, I do it on a bed of needles.
