No Shehulk plz.
Airslash might've been referring to a Marvel character with that statement. Basically, think of the Hulk, but a female version of him....what is this, I don't even?
This is Shulk. This is brawl, not MVC. No Shehulk.
Lol.
You can still get knocked off the screen if that's what you mean.Water battles would be awsome. There would need to be dangers to if there could be Water battles.
What levels would be best for Water battles?
:D thats what i mint lol.You can still get knocked off the screen if that's what you mean.
Sorry, replied before I saw his reply. He admitted he derped, no need for harshness, there.
Shulk is a common abbreviation for She-Hulk....what is this, I don't even? Where did you get She-hulk from?
Custom characters are banned from tournament play. All the scaled changes in hitboxes and hurboxes would muck things up.I'm looking forward in to seeing what Namco can do with the 4th smash.I really liked Soulcaliber but i only played the one Link was in.Iv never played Tekken but Tekken looks like it would be fun to play.I hope that they make it so that you can make your own character, based on fighting styles of others.I tend to play games that you can Create your own character.I think it could be competitive play.Depending on how Namco can create that mode.
@asage94:Yeah,that poll is made by and for trolls.
This is Shulk.
Shulk =/= She-Hulk. Honestly, people, learn to google.
So basicly, when I just mention Shulk in a post about Namco not making Smash 4 themselves then we get all this arguing about who Shulk is.It's hilarious of course, but it's an example of how a new topic turns up.shinpichu is correct,I meant Shulk from Xenoblade.
Great, thanks for clearing that up :ISo basicly, when I just mention Shulk in a post about Namco not making Smash 4 themselves then we get all this arguing about who Shulk is.It's hilarious of course, but it's an example of how a new topic turns up.shinpichu is correct,I meant Shulk from Xenoblade.
Not everyone devotes their full time and energy to this thread. Also, there are other threads centered around the upcoming Smash titles in this sub-forum. If you'd like to see more activity in a greater variety of topics related to the upcoming Smash games you should check out the rest of the board instead of this one thread. This thread is really slowing down.Where is everybody?Or have they just lost interest?
Best post in this whole thread, lmao.She-hulk.png
Me turn for snu-snu.

Hope this helps your boredom and/or enthusiasm.
Best post in this whole thread, lmao.
Maybe there'll be one stage which flicks through all stages but it would be hard to do with stages like Castle Siege and Warioware Inc. that already change. For the music maybe but as an option.i find it kind of weird having all these other topics when really all of those topics can lead to discussion in here right?
But i just had some random ideas and i thought i should discuss them here.
How many of you love long matches? I love them. One thing i always did back in early days was i had 99 stock FFA matches. These would sometimes go from 1 1/2 hours to 3 hours and it be really interesting seeing the scoreboard afterwards. Nowadays i don't think i could ever go through it again but i'll always try to have that odd 50 stock ffa. Most of the time i do 10 stock FFA's with 15 minutes at the timer.
Anyway i was thinking it can get really tiresome hearing that same tune over and over again. I know some themes will always be great. But what if after one song is done a new one comes on. Rather then play the same thing on a loop go to the next song. It creates variety and gives other chances for songs to be heard.
Also i'm thinking to make it interesting what if the stage officially changed. Now i know in Smash Bros. they have tried this to an extent. Daytime changing, season changing, platform changing. BUt say something happened and it stayed that way. A lot of fighting games do this now i'm not sure where it began i think it was SF or MK(Mortal Kombat) where there were several levels to a stage. I think Namco has also done this in Tekken and SC. So it would be nice to see a whole new stage made from an entire new floor.
Then i thought of this crazy new idea. What if there was an item where you could teleport from one stage to another? Keep the brawl going on but in a different stage. Ie changing from Fire Emblem Castle to Hyrule Temple. Or Mushroom Kingdom to Halberd.
Then again maybe these would be kind of hard i don't know how Video Games work. But don't you think it be cool?
Things just got real. Certainly makes me feel old, and I only joined the just early last summer. Some people have been at this since 08.One of the reasons why the bigger names of smashboards ssb4 speculation aren't here is exhaustion. there is no news at all that hasn't already been discussed in this thread's predecessor or THAT thread's predecessor... that's right... this is the third incarnation of smash 4 speculation.
one from before it was announced, another from when it was announced, and this one spawned from the namco bandai announcement and the Smash World Forums adding smash 4 in it's own category like brawl, melee and 64.
Yea, and this one is going to be even longer!Kinda insane that we are going to all be jumping on the hype wagon like with SSBB when it was announced back in 06... Seems like a hella long time since I had to check the dojo everyday.
Be patient I know it's hard but I'm not expecting any significant news for a while..I've just been thinking about other things to keep me busy until we hear something about Smash 4I just want some news. Please hurry up Sakurai I've played Brawl to death and it's getting boring.I know this is nothing compared to how long Melee players had to wait for Brawl but still hurry up and don't cut half the cast!
15? Now you're just setting yourself up for disappointment. I'd say we're getting 10 new characters at most.I know that the wait for Brawl was quite long, and I waited and waited for it, and when I got it, I was ecstatic. I hope that Smash 4 will do the same thing, but better, and I hope that the cast isn't cut, but is expanded by at least 15 characters, with various other third parties and of course Namco Bandai characters, like the Tales of characters, and maybe even Pac-Man and some other old staples. Personally, I'd love to see any form of Megaman, or Zero, but...I doubt Capcom would even think of helping out.
if anything 11 at least. that would make 50m characters at least.15? Now you're just setting yourself up for disappointment. I'd say we're getting 10 new characters at most.
That and I've been training for a big regional tournament. I always try to get better. Plus I've also been adding loads of hacks for Project M. I love me some Project M!One of the reasons why the bigger names of smashboards ssb4 speculation aren't here is exhaustion. there is no news at all that hasn't already been discussed in this thread's predecessor or THAT thread's predecessor... that's right... this is the third incarnation of smash 4 speculation.
We've never had the roster expand by 15 characters. Melee expanded the roster by 14 characters, Brawl expanded the roster by 13 characters( 17 newcomers, 4 cut characters). You should expect the Smash WiiU and/or Smash 3DS roster to have no more than 52 playable characters and no less than 45 playable characters.I hope that Smash 4 will do the same thing, but better, and I hope that the cast isn't cut, but is expanded by at least 15 characters
John, what tourney and who do you play in Project M?@ Psycho
In demos, there was some debate as to how good :metaknightbrawl: really was. When Brawl was released though, everyone knew :metaknightbrawl: was wayyyyyy overpowered.
