I'd say it's a pretty good chance of being Battlefield. Or perhaps the Pilotwings stage. Both of them have clear blue backgrounds at times, ones like in the pic, if taken from the right angle.

Good point. But something about it seems different: both Battlefield and Pilotwings/Wuhu Island have cloudy backgrounds and this also has a brighter blue sky.

Previously, when the parent Pokémon had power items attached, it guaranteed the transfer of one of the IVs, while several IVs were guaranteed to pass down. However, as of X & Y, if you have one of the parents hold the Destiny Knot item, then 5 IVs total from either parent will be guaranteed to be transferred.

Ditto would actually be amazing as a playable character, since it could transform into different Pokemon for every attack. Could randomly transform into different ones for the same attacks even.

For its Final Smash it bones the opponent and has an egg with them and Ditto leaves its opponent to care for it all alone.

I'm pretty sure it's a Pokeball summon, though the position of Xenreas head and Pikachu looks rather suspescious, Pikachu could be standing on a Xerneas float, but it could also just be that Xerneas is crouching or something.(not sure how big Xerneas is actually...) Heck, Xerneas might even be a hazard you can stand on.
